Objective: To analyze the application effect of HEN throughobserving the influence on gastric cancer patients after the discharge innutritional index、nutritional score、Function score、The incidence ofpostoperative complications.Method: Divide84cases in ASAI-III,who received selectiveoperation for gastric cancer,into two groups: P group(withoutapplication of HEN group), H group (with application on HENgroup).All the patients were given the same pre-operation preparations.Routine analgesia and vein fluid infusion were given after operation. Allthe patients had gastric tube indwelled before the operation,and receivednasal jejunal nutrient canal indwelling during the operation,and receivedenteral nutrition by jejunal nutrient canal throughout the period in thehospital.The gastric tube was pulled out when patients could exhaust anddefecate normally without abdominal distention.Until the seventh day,parenteral nutrition could be stopped when oral feeding could bestarted.Patients in group P had jejunal nutrient canal pulled out,feedingnutrition stopped,received routine diet guidance when leaving thehospital.Assess the patients’ physical condition in group H when leaving the hospital,and formulate HEN plans according to theassessments.After discharge, regular follow-ups were made by themembers of home nutrition support group, the HEN plans were adjustedaccording to the follow-up results, home enteral nutrition documentswere set up and the instructions of home enteral nutrition weregiven.Heat was given at25-30kal/kg/d,(Heat:N=150:1).Record thegeneral condition of patients in both groups: gender, age, operativemethod, preoperative NRS2002score, preoperative SGA score,Gastriccancer staging. Record ALB, GLB, TRF, PA, RBP, LP and weight whenthey discharge from hospital and three weeks after the discharge. Thepostoperative hospital stay was recorded.Record the NRS-2002score,SGA score、KPS score、ZPS score and postoperative complicationswere recorded three weeks after the operation.Results:(1)Compared with P group,relative specifications such asALB,GLB,TRF,PA,RBP,LP and weight of patients in H group3weeksafter operation were obviously increased;In CRP,H group is Closer to thenormal than P group;In nutritional score,H group is better than P group;(2)NRS-2002score、SGA score of patients in group H were betterthan that in group P3weeks after the operation;(3)KPS score、ZPS score of patients in group H were better thanthat in group P3weeks after the operation; (4)The complication rate in both groups shew no significantdifference.Conclusion:(1)Applying home enteral nutrition can obviouslyimprove the nutritional index of patients with gastric cancer afteroperation;(2)Applying home enteral nutrition can improve nutritional statusobviously.(3)Applying home enteral nutrition can obviously raise thefunctional status and physical conditions of patients.(4)Applying home enteral nutrition can obviously ruduce theincidence of postoperative complications.
