Research On Medical Quality And Control Improvement Center Management Optimization In Fengtai District

Directors' meeting of National Health Family Planning Commission discussed and promulgated <management approach of medical quality> in July 26,2016,it was the first time that this approach added "medical quality insurance","continuous medical improvement" and ?supervision and management?,those important contents into documents,it means that the our country has paid more attentions to medical quality.From an objective view,Fengtai District is wide,large population density,the lack of medical resources and uneven distribution,which led to the development of private medical institutions and the rapid development of community medical institutions in this region.Compared with other districts and counties of Beijing,Medical Quality and Control Improvement Center in Fengtai District was established late,and the work carried out late.It is urgent to standardize the work and optimize the management.This article explores how to manage the controls of medical quality and optimization problems of Improvement Center by determining the functional positioning,organizational structure,working methods,working priorities of Medical Quality and Control Improvement Center,and also by the method of sending questionnaire and other research methodsThrough the analysis of <questionnaires of medical quality control and improvement work in Fengtai District>,found that the quality control center in Fengtai District have many problems in many aspects,and made clear of the direction of the improvement for the quality control center in Fengtai District at the next step,various improved measures will also provide a full range of supports for medical quality control and continuous improvement work in Fengtai District.
