| Objective:Although a lot of research of facial soft tissue measurement methods on anthropometry have been studied, but the reports with the measurement method of facial aging and quantitative assessment method of curative effect of facial rejuvenation surgery are rare.As age increases, certain soft tissue structures in facial have features change while some structures are relatively constant. Therefore,a relatively constant structure can be used as a reference standard for anthropometric measurements to measure changes in facial soft tissue. Objective to study the clinical application of iris diameter ruler measurement in facial soft tissue measurement and evaluate the clinical effect of minimally invasive adjustable facial suspension lifting. Methods:Collect 30 cases clinical data of patients underwent minimally invasive adjustable facial lift suspension plastic surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, and using the Adobe Photoshop software process the photos of selected cases. The iris diameter ruler is used as a measuring ruler.Horizontal of the line intersection on both sides of upper and lower eyelid on the nasal side as a baseline measurement,if two points are not on the same horizontal line, take the horizontal line at the middle of the two points as the baseline.Measurement 3 facial soft tissue structure indicators before and after surgery, namely:Physiognomic external canthus height,The distance of the mandibular border lowest point on the midline of the half facial to the inner canthus level,The facial width of the middle distance between the submental point and the inner canthus level. The measured data is input into the excel table for record and conversion, and the paired t test is used to process the data.To analyze the changes of facial soft tissue before and after operation, and evaluate the clinical effect of minimally invasive adjustable facial suspension lifting. Results:Physiognomic external canthus height:preoperative(3.67 + 1.31)units,postoperative(4.84 + 1.26)units,postoperative within lyears(4.39±0.33)units,postoperative within 2years(4.18±0.22)units.The distance of the mandibular border lowest point on the midline of the half facial to the inner canthus level:preoperative(188.46±7.47)units,postoperative(182.75±3.3 8)units,postoperative within lyears(184.77±2.63)units,postoperative within 2years(187.19±3.26)units.The facial width of the middle distance between the submental point and the inner canthus level:preoperative(202.71±7.48)units,postoperative(187.66±3.58)units,postoperative within lyears(192.36±3.39)units,postoperative within 2years(195.62±3.75)units.Preoperative and postoperative differences were statistically significant. Conclusion:By observing the facial soft tissue changes in 30 cases of minimally invasive facial suspension lifting surgery,it can be considered that the operation has good effect on the facial lifting and rejuvenation of facial contours. |
