Objective: To introduce a micro-traumatic for mid-lower facial rhytidectomy by using absorbable-lifting plastic material and Polydioxanone(PPDO)which can reduce the depth of nasolabial fold,improve the skin and deep facial ptosis slack soft tissue.In order to provide basis and practical theory for the clinic application of a new surgical material.Methods: A total 116 cases of patients match the diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion Standard,divided the traditional incision high SMAS fascia suspension surgery group——A group(58 cases),and Weilamei and PPDO micro-traumatic rhytidectomy group —— B group(58 cases).The patients were observed and followed up 3 and 6mouths for cosmetic result of the operation in mid-lower facial.The investigators recorded the patients' WSRS and GAIS,then made the statistical analysis to achieve conclusion.Results: After 3 and 6 months follow-up,there was no statistical significance of the two groups with mild-to-moderate facial aging(P > 0.05).But for the severe facial aging,A group patients with better than cosmetic improvement group was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: For mild-to-moderate facial aging cases,there are no difference between the cosmetic result of the surgery that the traditional incision high SMAS fascia suspension surgery group and Weilamei and PPDO micro-traumatic rhytidectomy group.Weilamei not only can make deep facial soft tissue anatomical reconversion,but increase the capacity of local soft tissue.PPDO is better stimulated skin to secrete collagen and achieve lighten and compact.And it has most merits,such as the less average operation time,the shorter mean incision length and the little number of complication.It is worth spreading in clinic.But for the severe facial aging patients,the traditional incision high SMAS fascia suspension surgery better than the Weilamei and PPDO micro-traumatic rhytidectomy.
