Clinical Experience In The Dysmenorrhea Of Li Weixian And XuHanTongJingFang Observation Curative Effect On Deficient-cold Dysmenorrheal

ObjectiveThe medical records for the treatment of dysmenorrhea of the famous TCM doctor Li Weixian were retrospectively clinical studied,Based on the theory of TCM and using observation comparative statistics,his experience in the therapy of dysmenorrheal were concluded and summarized.Meanwhile through the prospective clinical study,the clinical test methods were conducted to compare the solutions of patients themselves before and after,and the deficiency of XuHanTongJingFang treatmented the clinical curative effect of cold type were observed and analysed.In order to guide Chinese medicine treatment of dysmenorrheal.MethodsResearched on dysmenorrhea philology,ancient Chinese medicine doctors of dysmenorrhea disease,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment the understanding of the parties were summed up.We concluded that Modern Chinese medicine physicians for dysmenorrhea of internal and external ways from Chinese medicine researchs were concluded.Through the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis classification and treatment of medicine for dysmenorrheal modern research,we provided theoretical basis for consolidation and summaryies Li Weixian treatment regularityof treating dysmenorrhea.At the same time,Li weixian 62 cases patients with dysmenorrhea different symptom and therapies method were analysed,25 prescriptions of hismany typies of dysmenorrhea were classified,making frequency statistics,ancomparativing analysis and discussion.The classification of the 117 kinds of Chinese drugs were studied the property and flavor,meridian distribution,pharmacologic action and analyzing of the commonlyused Chinese drugs,in order to comprehend the rule of Medication.Finally summarizing the experience and general characteristics of Li Weixian to cure the pain summarised.In December 2015 to January 2017,49 patients on the Guangdong Hospital of TCM department of gynaecology clinic diagnosed with cold type dysmenorrhea were collected,Xuhantongjing modified decoction in 5days before menses were taked,After 3 menses,the effect by contrasting symptom scores and VAS scores before and after the treatment were observed.ResultsThe results were obtained that Li Weixian dysmenorrhea prescription on the comparative analysis,diagnosis and treatment of diseases stasis type:Liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome with TiaoJingZhongYuTang addition;Liver depression and Liver and spleen is not adjustable syndrome with KaiYuZhongYuTang addition;Cliping with silt hot syndrome with XuanYuTongJuTang addition;Both spleen-stomach depression and qi stagnati.on syndrome with JieGanJian addition;Spleen deficient with blood and water stasis syndrome with DangGuiShaoYaoSan addition.Dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis with qi stagnation type fit TongLuanZhongYuTang addition;The lower energizer cold-dampness type fit WenQiHuaShiTang addition;Cliping Chong and Ren blood deficiency type observation:Sixcases were cured,16 cases had significant effect,18 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,the total effectiveness was 81.63%.The contrast of symptom scores and VAS scores before and after the treatment had much significant difference after statistic processing.Comparison between patients with all age groups had no statistical significance.And each course groups and each patient curative effect comparison between groups hadno statistically significant.ConclusionLi Weixian clinical treatment of dysmenorrheal syndrome different-ion:Liver depression and qi stagnation type,cold coagulation and blood stasis with qi stagnation type,Qi and blood deficiency type,Spleen-stomach deficiency type,Kidney deficiency type.Experience characteristics:According to the classic,recommend the viewpoints,flexible flavored;Good at regulating zang-fu,paying attention to regulate the liver and spleen;Regardless of the actual situation,promoting flow of qi and blood circulation;Temperaturing cold evil,dispersing blood stasis.Add and subtract of XuHanTongJingFang to deficiency-cold type dysmenorrhea has good treatment effect,Can warm the cold analgesic,can effectively alleviate the patient's symptoms,and the young dysmenorrhea patients curative effect is relatively good.
