Objective:Instructor Professor Wang Jinquan believes that primary dysmenorrhea is more common in young females, and its syndrome is mainly based on the syndrome of"cold stagnation and stagnation of spleen deficiency",and puts forward the treatment of spleen, dampness, and the treatment of dysmenorrhea. This topic is based on this theory,to observe the clinical efficacy of Wang's dysmenorrhea treatment of cold dystrophic primary dysmenorrhea?spleen deficiency type?,and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods:?1?60 subjects who met the criteria included in this study were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group and the control group.?2?The treatment group was given Wang's dysmenorrhea,150ml/time,2 times/day;the control group was given to Jingtongtang by Professor Chen Ying of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,150ml/time,2 times/day.Both groups were treated with internal medicine, taking the first 10 days of the treatment, followed by 10 days, all with 3 menstrual cycles as a course of treatment, continuous treatment of a course of treatment.?3?Patients with time of dysmenorrhea, degree of dysmenorrhea, symptom score of dysmenorrhea,TCM syndrome score,VAS score, blood rheology,Serum PGF2?and Serum PGE2 as an observation index.?4?Data were processed and statistically analyzed after the end of treatment. The time of dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea symptoms,TCM syndrome scores, and VAS score improvement before and after treatment were observed in the two groups, combined with changes in blood rheology and serum PGF2?and serum PGE2 levels.,Comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of this prescription in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold and dampness spleen deficiency.Results:1.The age, duration of the disease,pre-medication abdominal pain, abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores, and VAS scores were compared between the two groups,P>0.05.The difference was not statistically significant and comparable.2.The time of dysmenorrhea and abdominal pain in the two groups after treatment were statistically significant?P<0.05?,indicating that both groups were effective, and the treatment group was superior to the control group?P<0.05?.3.The scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms,TCM syndrome scores and VAS scores before and after treatment in both groups were statistically significant?P<0.05?,suggesting that both groups of drugs can relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms. The scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms,TCM syndrome scores and VAS scores after treatment in both groups were compared,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group had better clinical symptoms than the control group.4.Clinical efficacy evaluationThe total effective rate was 96.67%in the treatment group and 73.33%in the control group after treatment. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group?P<0.01?.5.TCM syndrome efficacy and improvementThe total effective rate was 96.66%in the treatment group and 73.33%in the control group after treatment. The efficacy of the TCM syndrome in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group?P<0.05?,suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control in improving the TCM syndrome?P<0.05?.6.Long-term efficacyThe follow-up survey was conducted during the period of 3 months after discontinuation. The effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 70%in the control group. The long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group?P<0.05?.7.HemorheologyThe level of blood rheology after treatment in both groups was lower than before treatment?P<0.05?,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group?P<0.05?.8.Serum PGF2?The levels of Serum PGF2?decreased after treatment in both groups?P<0.05?,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group?P<0.05?.9.Serum PGE2Serum PGE2 levels increased after treatment in both groups?P<0.05?,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group?P<0.05?.10.No significant adverse reactions were observed in the two groups of patients during the entire experiment.Conclusion:1.Wang's dysmenorrhea prescription is an effective traditional Chinese medicine preparation for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea?spleen deficiency and cold dampness type?.It can cure or reduce the dysmenorrhea and abdominal pain in patients, and improve symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, and achieve the purpose of cure.2.Experimental studies confirmed that Wang's dysmenorrhea can improve microcirculatory disturbance in patients and achieve therapeutic goals.3.The experimental study confirmed that Wang's dysmenorrhea can treat primary dysmenorrhea, one of its mechanisms may be related to regulating the abnormal secretion of prostaglandins in vivo.It can effectively inhibit uterine smooth muscle by lowering serum PGF2?levels and increasing serum PGE2 levels. Is excessive paralysis so as to reduce the occurrence of dysmenorrhea.
