Study On Distribution Characteristics Of TCM Syndromes Of Blood Diseases After Hemorrhoid Surgery

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to observe the clinical manifestations of hemorrhoids samples before and after surgery,1,3,7 days,from the blood syndrome,the distribution characteristics of TCM Syndromes of hemorrhoids before and after surgery,to investigate the effect of operation on human blood,to provide the reference for the postoperative treatment and clinical nursing,accelerate rehabilitation the speed of postoperative patients.MethodsThe research method of reference of clinical epidemiology,the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine as the foundation,through the literature and combined with my tutor's clinical experience,design questionnaire according to the questionnaire collected anorectal hemorrhoids patients before and after first,3,7 days of TCM four diagnostic information,according to the observation table of contents,using SPSS20.0 software to establish a database,using frequency statistics and data analysis of non parametric test statistics.ResultsBy frequency statistical analysis of high frequency emergence of hemorrhoid disease before and after surgery(more than 20)of TCM symptoms:fatigue,irritability,pale complexion,pale complexion,pale red,white,red,pale lip lip color lip color dark purple,palpitation,local pain,tongue,red tongue carmoisine,dark tongue,taut pulse,pulse fine,wound color pink,dark red,dark red color wound wound etc..There were significant differences in the frequency of TCM symptoms before and after first days,on the third day after operation,and on the seventh day after operation.Reference standard of diagnosis and therapeutic effect of TCM on blood deficiency,blood stasis,blood heat syndrome differentiation,combined with clinical reference and tutorial summary by Liang Jinjun director of Chinese medicine dialectical guide,the TCM symptoms were summarized:First,the main characteristics of syndrome of blood deficiency syndrome:fatigue,pale complexion,pale complexion,pale lips,palpitations,pale red tongue,thin pulse,wound color pink.Second,the main blood stasis syndrome characteristics:local irritation,lip color dark purple,dark tongue,pulse string wound,dark red.Third,the main characteristics of syndrome of blood-heat syndrome:irritability,pale red,red tongue,lip color dark red,dark red wound.On the basis of diagnosis criteria,120 cases of hemorrhoids patients were divided into type,draw the following conclusions:preoperative patients with blood stasis syndrome of the majority,accounting for 49.17%of the total number;first days after surgery are blood stasis syndrome,accounted for 41.67%of the total number;third days after surgery to the majority of blood deficiency syndrome,accounted for 50%of the total;seventh days after the operation to the majority of blood deficiency syndrome,accounted for 57.50%of the total.There were significant differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes in third patients before and after operation,on the first day after operation and on the seventh day after operation.ConclusionAfter hemorroidectomy from blood syndrome,mainly blood deficiency,blood stasis,blood heat syndrome of the three syndromes,including preoperative patients with blood stasis were first days after surgery are blood stasis,third and seventh days after the operation to the majority of blood deficiency syndrome.The syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine have certain regularity with the change of time after operation.Surgery has certain influence on human blood,mainly reflected in the change of clinical TCM syndrome.
