of hemorrhoids,qi disease to the relevant experts,then further clarify the research emphases.3.set up a research groupThe header of the project convened team members to discuss the clinical observation of the formulation,filling and collection and other related matters,then trained related researchers.4.to develop clinical observation tableAccording to traditional Chinese medicine look,smell and asked cutting combination of all requirements,based on the diagnostic criteria of hemorrhoids and disease,the preliminary design form and the pre survey,according to the feedback combined with professional knowledge,clinical practice,as well as the feedback of relevant scientific research materials respectively.Results(1)In 126 cases of hemorrhoids,there were 72 males and 54 females.The sex ratio of males and females was 1.33:1.The youngest age was 19 years,and the oldest was 79 years old.The largest number of incidence was 34～48 years of age,a total of 41 cases,accounted for 32.5%of the total,followed by 49～63 years old,a total of 40 cases,accounting for 31.7%of the total.(2)From 1 days before to seventh days after operation,there were no significant differences between tongue color and tongue,in patients with hemorrhoids coating colour and moss and pulse changes.(3)Preoperative weather distribution of the 1 TCM syndromes in Qi stagnation syndrome,followed by qi stagnation,the proportion were 51.6%,25.4%;postoperative weather distribution of first TCM syndromes such as Qi deficiency,Qi Stagnation with the proportion accounted for 53.2%,down to 19%;postoperative TCM syndrome distribution of the third weather when the gas is still in deficiency,the proportion of 43.7%,followed by qi stagnation,accounted for 34.9%;seventh weather distribution of TCM syndromes in postoperative qi stagnation syndrome,accounted for 47.6%,the proportion of at least for inverse gas card,accounting for only 7.2%.(4)The overall distribution of perioperative patients with hemorrhoids disease syndromes have significant difference.And 1 days before operation,the distribution of TCM syndromes in first days after operation,there was significant difference,after the distribution of third,seventh weather TCM syndromes showed no significant difference;compared with first days after operation,there was no significant difference between the distribution of TCM syndromes in third days after operation,the distribution of seventh weather disease TCM syndrome after operation have significant difference;compared with third days after operation,there was no significant difference between the distribution of TCM syndromes in seventh days after operation.(5)From 1 days before to seventh days after operation,with the passage of time,the frequency of qi deficiency syndrome and Qi reversal showed a decreasing trend after the first increase,the frequency of the sinking of Qi were gradually decreased,the frequency of qi stagnation showed a gradual increasing trend.(6)There was no correlation between the overall distribution of TCM syndromes and the amount of bleeding during operation in the first weather sickness after hemorrhoid surgery,but it is related to the mode of anesthesia,the mode of operation and the time of operation.The correlation between distribution and operation time after hemorrhoidectomy,sinking of qi deficiency,the first weather inverse gas card,no correlation with anesthesia,surgery and postoperative hemorrhage;Qi Stagnation Syndrome Distribution and operation time.There was no correlation.ConclusionHemorrhoid surgery will promote the emergence and development of disease,also the distribution and change of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome after hemorrhoid disease impact.Hemorrhoids perioperative disease syndrome should uphold the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of his ideas,adhere to the principle of fu zheng qu xie,according to the characteristics of syndrome distribution of disease in the rational use of TCM Intervention to promote early rehabilitation of patients,to achieve"the harmonious state of Yin Ping yang Peru,spirit".Clinical research results of this paper can be helpful in hemorrhoid perioperative,shorten the rehabilitation process of patients with hemorrhoids surgery practice in recent years,scholars "damage control" and"fast track" and other related concepts.
