The Clinical Study Of Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Tumor-Related Depression

Tumor-related depression is due to cancer diagnosis,treatment and complications caused by a pathological affective response,easy to reduce the treatment of patients,but also affect the quality of life of patients,shorten the survival of patients.At present,the main use of antidepressants in clinical,its efficacy is exact,but the slow onset,the cost is more expensive,and there are different degrees of side effects and addiction,so the current treatment of tumor-related depression is still not entirely satisfactory.Depression belongs to the category of "depression syndrome" in Chinese medicine,the treatment mainly includes traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,acupuncture and moxibustion,among them,the traditional Chinese medicine decoction group is complicated,the clinical effect is quite different,and acupuncture treatment has the disadvantage of pain stimulation and inconveniences.Moxibustion is the characteristics of the motherland medicine therapy,to reach the body machine,to reconcile the blood.Heat moxibustion belongs to the moxibustion method,can greatly improve the curative effect of moxibustion,by stimulating the thermal moxibustion and spreading through QiGan,gas to the disease,so that the machine air machine smooth,reconcile with blood,and thermal moxibustion has the advantages of good effect,safety,painless and easy operation,so it is worthwhile to explore the clinical efficacy of thermal moxibustion in the treatment of tumor-related depression.Therefore,the study of thermal moxibustion on the degree of remission of depression in patients with malignant tumors,to guide the clinical treatment of patients with depression,in order to improve the quality of life and prolong survival of patients with a good clinical value.ObjectiveUsing a randomized controlled study,to explore the therapeutic effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion on tumor-related depression,to observe the clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion on tumor-related depression,and to analyze the curative effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion on patients with different degrees of depression and the overall curative effect of TCM syndromes.MethodsThe cases were from patients who were admitted to the Tumor Second District inpatient department of Guangzhou Hospital of TCM from February 2016 to January 2017.In this study,a total of 60 cases of patients with mild to moderate depression were excluded from the inclusion criteria and excluded from the exclusion criteria,excepting for patients with severe depression.All patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method.All patients in accordance with the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation criteria and record the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine points,the treatment group was heat sensitive moxibustion group,the control group was set as blank group,only routine treatment,no anti-depression measures.Treatment group from the first day of thermal moxibustion treatment,in the Baihui,Shenmen,Neiguan,Taichong,liver shu points at the detection of its heat-sensitive points and the implementation of moxibustion treatment,moxibustion time was about 20 minutes,requirements in the process of moxibustion acupoints appeared moxibustion hot penetration,diffusion or conduction and other sensitization phenomenon,to these phenomena disappeared as a treatment,once a day,until the 21st day.Two groups of patients with 21days for a course of treatment,on the first day(before treatment),on day 10 and day 21,the HAMD 17 scale was scored in two groups and the TCM symptom score was evaluated.To evaluate and evaluate the changes of HAMD 17 scale and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)at different time points before and after treatment with SPSS19.0 software system.Results1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,sex,disease,pathogenesis,tumor staging,and TCM syndrome(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.On day 10,the total effective rate was 26.67%in the treatment group and 13.33%in the control group.On day 21,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the blank group was 30.00%.After the test analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in the 10th day,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05)in the 21th day.3.The degree of depression in both groups was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).10 days,two groups of mild depression treatment in patients with tumor correlation curative effect was no significant difference(P>0.05),two groups of moderate patients with cancer-related depression treatment for 10 days was also no significant difference(P>0.05).The total effectiveness of patients with mild depression for 21 days was 95.45%,the blank group was 42.86%,and the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Patients with moderate depression were treated for 21 days with a total efficiency of 75.00%,the blank group was 0%and the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).In the group of heat sensitive moxibustion,mild depressed patients were compared with moderate depressed patients with no significant difference in efficacy(P>0.05).4.HAMD17 item rating scale comparison:two groups at day 1(before treatment)and the 10th day HAMD17 item scale score was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),21 days difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In the first 10 days of the two groups,there was no significant difference in the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(P>0.05).The two groups of patients had significantly different outcomes in 21 days of treatment(P<0.05).Treatment group,control group of 10 days effect and the 21 day curative effect compare all have significant sex difference(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Thermal moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms of depression in patients with tumor-related depression,the effective rate of 90%.(2)Thermal moxibustion can improve the depressive symptoms of patients with different degrees of tumor-related depression,but there is no difference in the efficacy of mild and moderate tumor-related depression.
