| Objective : This study mainly observed the clinical effect of Zhuang heat-sensitive moxibustion acupuncture on mild and moderate depression,and provided reference for the treatment of mild and moderate depression.Methods:90 patients with mild to moderate depression who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the random number table method,30 cases in the treatment group(Zhuang heat-sensitive moxibustion acupuncture),30 cases in the control group(Common acupuncture for traditional Chinese medicine)and 30 cases in the reference group(Oral paxies).Among them,the control group took the points as Shuigou,Baihui,Neiguan,Shenmen,Taichong,treatment with TCM Acupuncture and syndrome differentiation.The treatment group took the points as Zhuang medicine specific points Longji point,hair rotation point and eyebrow point,using Zhuang heat-sensitive moxibustion acupuncture;referring to the group oral Pepsi solution treatment.the scores of clinical symptom scores,hamilton depression scale(HAMD)-17,pittsburgh sleep index scale(PSQI)and depression self-rating scale(SDS)before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Three groups of scores were analyzed and compared to evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.Age,sex comparison: the distribution of age,sex and course of disease in the three groups was not significantly different after statistical analysis(p>0.05),which was comparable.2.HAMD score and HAMD reduction rate: After treatment,the HAMD scores of the three groups were lower than before treatment,and on the HAMD score,the treatment group <the reference group < the control group.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the reference group(PP<0.05);There was significant difference between the control group and the reference group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment group was 90%,that of control group was 83.3%,and that of reference group was 86.7%.The effective rate of treatment group was better than that of other two groups(P<0.05).3.SDS score: After treatment,the SDS score of the three groups decreased compared with before treatment,and on the SDS score,the reference group < the treatment group < the control group,the treatment group compared with the reference group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05)the control group compared with the reference group(P<0.05),there was a significant difference;indicating that in improving the SDS score,the reference group was more effective than the other two groups,and the treatment group and the control group had the same effect.4.PSQI score:after treatment,the PSQI score of the three groups was lower than that before treatment,but the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the three groups could improve the sleep quality of patients with depression,but the treatment group was better than the other two groups.5.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptom grading scale in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were more obvious than those in the other two groups(P<0.05),which indicated that the three groups could improve the clinical symptoms of depression,but the treatment group was better than the other two groups.Conclusion:1.Zhuang heat-sensitive moxibustion acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine common acupuncture therapy and oral Prozac can effectively improve the degree of depression in patients with mild to moderate depression,relieve the symptoms of depression,and have no obvious side effects.2.Zhuang heat-sensitive moxibustion acupuncture can effectively reduce TCM symptom scale score,HAMD scale score,SDS scale score and PSQI scale score,which can effectively improve sleep quality,relieve depression mood and improve somatic anxiety and systemic symptoms. |
