Literature Research Of Acupuncture Therapy On Functional Constipation

ObjectiveIn order to find out the acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of functional constipation,this article discussed the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on functional constipation to provide acupoint prescriptions for the clinical treatment of functional constipation.MethodsSearch the CNKI、VIP database、WangFang database with the search term"needle" or "acupuncture" or " acupuncture and moxibustion" and"functional constipation or constipation.The retrieval period was set to 2005 January to December 2016.All literatures were concluded by noteexpress。The literatures were collected and analyzed according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and were used to collect the information of acupoints,channels,parts and analysed the rules.Results578 articles were retrieved from CNKI、VIP database、WangFang database.Excluding repetitive documents,case reports,review literatures and other literatures,65 articles were included in the study.From January 2005 to December 2016,the clinical points for the treatment of functional constipation a total of 51 points,the total number of 594 times.According to statistical results,the top ten points are tianshu,shangjuxu,zusanli,dachangshu,zhigou,qihai,guanyuan,zhongwan,fujie,Shenshu.The clinical meridians commonly used in the treatment of functional constipation include stomach meridian of foot-yangming(25.49%),bladder meridian(21.57%),Ren channel(13.73%),spleen meridian(11.76%),Hand held by the large intestine(9.80%),accounting for 82.35%of the total.Abdomen and lower limb acupuncture points using the most,followed by upper and lumbosacral.ConclusionThe rules of acupoint chice to treat functional constipation is mainly using the acupoint of stomach meridian of foot-yangming and ren channel、bladder meridian.Acupuncture treatment acupoints to the abdomen selected points mainly with the meridians through the limbs to take a specific point.Acupoints were mainly distributed in the abdomen and lower limbs,followed by acupoints of the upper limbs.
