A Literature Research On Acupuncture Treatment Of Acupoints In Constipation After Stroke

ObjectiveThis topic uses literature research methods to comprehensively and systematically search domestic large-scale literature databases,screen qualified clinical research literature,and conduct literature search,screening,inclusion,elassification,and statistical analysis of clinical literature reports on acupuncture treatment of constipation after stroke published from 2007 to 2017 in China.and summary of the commonly used acupoint selection and prescription rules in clinical practice,aiming at providing a basis for clinical acupuncture treatment of constipation after stroke,guiding clinical selection of points,which makes the prescription of acupuncture treatment for constipation after stroke more scientific and theoretical basis,increases its normativeness,and achieves more clinical results.MethodsThrough the pre-standardization of the search method,an effective and reasonable search strategy is established,and then a combination of machine and labor is used to conduct a comprehensive systematic search of several large domestic document databases,from 2007 to 2017,Published in the domestic published acupuncture treatment of constipation after stroke clinical literature published in the screening of qualified documents,after screening,inclusion,elimination and then read,statistics on the frequency and frequency of acupoint use,and using EXCLE to record and count the clinically effective acupuncture points for constipation after stroke,and summarizing the distribution characteristics and prescription rules of common acupuncture points;eombined with the theory of Chinese medicine,this paper deeply explores the characteristics of acupuncture treatment of constipation after stroke and summarizes the characteristics of the matching points.ResultsIn this paper,according to the search formula,the literature was filtered in four major databases in China,and a total of 177 papers were selected.The paper was sorted using NoteExpress2 software.After combining the pre-defined inclusion criteria,18 articles were selected and selected for research.There were two repeated prescriptions,and finally 16 acupuncture prescriptions and 29 acupoints were recorded.After determining the final inclusion in the literature,we performed an EXCLE statistical analysis.(1)The highest frequency of acupoint use is Tianshu,Shangjuxu,and Zhigou,and the frequency of use of Tianshu is as high as 18.52%.(2)Acupoints involve 9 meridians,The number of acupoint selection and the highest frequency of use are from high to low,followed by Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,Ren meridian,and Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin,Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming is most frequently used,including 7 acupoints,such as Tianshu,Shangjuxu,Zusanli,and Shuidao.The frequency of use is as high as 44.44%.(3)The acupoints are mostly distributed in the abdomen and lower limbs.There are up to 12 acupoints in the abdomen,such as Tianshu,Zhongmu,Shuidao,Qihai,etc.,with a frequency of 49.38%,accounting for more than half of the total distribution,there is no distribution in the head and neck acupuncture points,and the acupuncture points on the lower back are less common.(4)Among them,11 species are involved in specific acupoints,68 times are used,and the highest frequency is used for front-mu points,followed by lower he sea points,eight influential points,yuan-source points,eight-extra meridian confluent points,crossing points,Luo Connecting points,he sea points and so on.The most common points are crossing points,yuan-source points and Luo Connecting points.The five shu points are rare.(5)The 16 prescriptions included in the acupuncture prescription include local acupoint selection,He-MU acupoint combination,Shu-MU-Yuan acupoint combination,Combination of local and remote acupoints selection,and selecting acupoints on the involved meridian.ConclusionCombined with the statistical results of acupoint frequency,acupoint meridian distribution,acupoint location distribution and specific acupoint use,in the acupuncture treatment of constipation after stroke,Tianshu acupoint is the preferred acupoint,clinically,the specific acupoints can be selected from local acupoint selection,selecting acupoints on the involved meridian,Combination of local and remote acupoints selection,and combined with specific acupoints,for example,local acupoint selection are selected for Tianshu,Zhongwan,Shuidao,and Fujie.follow the meridians are selected for Shangjuxu and Zusanli,in addition to the specific points in the chest and abdomen,you can choose to go to the lower he sea points such as Zusanli,Shangjuxu and Xiajuxu;In addition,it can be treated according to syndrome differentiation,qi deficiency constipation can be added to Guanyuan,Qihai,Yin deficiency constipation can be added to the yuan-source point of the kidney,Taixi,the yuan-source point of the liver,Tai Chong and so on.
