The Clinical Research Of Outlet Obstructive Constipation By Han's Acupiont Nerve Stimulation

At present,the curative effect of constipation by acupuncture is considered quite safe and good in the clinically.However,long-term efficacy of acupuncture for constipation is not sure.Observation on the differences of the curative effect of OOC by HANS and electroacupuncture therapy,then explore a simple treatment as a replacement therapy of acupuncture.Method:The 60 cases of OOC patients that had a clear diagnosis were divided into two groups by Figure Random Act.Choosing the same acupoints,the treatment group is given HANS,while the control group is treated by electroacupuncture therapy.Two types of therapy all use density waves,the frequency of 2/100Hz.The course of the treatment is 4 weeks,once per day.The main observation targets are the score of the symptoms recorded in the constipation diary,PAC-QAL,SCL-90.Comparing the curative effect of two groups after treating.Result:1.The curative effect of OOC by HANS is equivalent to electroacupuncture therapy (P＞0.05).Two types of therapy have markedly improved on quality of life of the patients(P＜0.01),but HANS is better(P＜0.05).2.Two kinds of therapy can be significantly improved on OOC patients with defecation frequency,abdominal distension and other symptoms(P＜0.05).The improvement of defecation not flu by HANS is not obvious(P＞0.05)Conclusions:Treating Outlet Obstructive Constipation with HANS is effective.
