| ObjectiveTo observe the short-term antihypertensive effect of bloodletting therapy in acute stage of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and provide a basis for reducing blood pressure by bloodletting?To clarify the feasibility of blood pressure control in hypertensive patients with acute cerebralhemorrhage and further explore the effect of bloodletting on the prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.MethodsThe Patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in acute stagewill be as the research object during the period from May 2016 to March 2017 inTraditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province.All patients were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group:the routine use of antihypertensive drugs and the ten finger-tip pointsand theEar-top point bloodletting therapy for Contralateral side of cerebral hemorrhage;The control group:conventional treatment of antihypertensive drugs.By observing the two groups of patients with blood pressure fluctuations,whether the brain hematoma progress,consciousness,limb function recovery,etc..Truthfully fill out the clinical case observation table,then preservation of the original clinicaldata by setting up a Excel database.The collecting dates were analyzed by repeated measurement analysis of variance by statistical software SPSS21.0.ResultsIn this study,a total of 62 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were collected,but finally a total of 60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were excluded from the study.Because there are 2 patients were discharged for early leave the hospital.The treatment group and the control group were 16 and 13 cases of surgical treatment,the patients in the two groups did not appear to die while the treatment group was treated without any adverse reactions.The statistical analysis showed that the treatment group and the control group of patients with no statistical difference in general,two groups of patients before treatment from the same population.We through the comparison between the two groups of two groups of patients with blood pressure,found that treatment group blood pressure are decreased in a short time after bloodletting,and the blood pressure is relatively stable,blood pressure control is better than the control group;the other indexes,through statistical analysis,the results suggested that there are not difference of GOS score,GCS score,hematoma size,muscle strength between the two groups.However,tthere were significant differences in GOS score,GCS score,hematoma size and muscle strength before and after treatment in the two groups.Only 1 cases of hematoma enlargement occurred inthe control group.In addition,the treatment group ues fewer antihypertensive drugs and the blood pressure were more stable.ConclusionHypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in patients with acute phase can be treated with bloodletting therapy,the blood pressure can be reduced in a short time and keep the blood pressure stable in short-term.There are multiple effects of bloodletting,for example eliminating pathogen and strengthening vital qi,clearing heat-toxicity,inducing resuscitation.In addition,the treatment can promote the patient's recovery of consciousness,improve neurological function,maintain stability of hematoma and reduce the types of antihypertensive drugs in a certain extent.Pricking blood therapy for hypertension cerebral hemorrhage treatment are rapid and effective in early active antihypertensive therapy.This method makes the traditional and modern medicine advantage with each other,and the western medicine can better serves for human health,but also provide a new direction for the study of the application of modern traditional medicine.Overall,the treatment is simple,safe and practical and effective,worthy of promotion in the grassroots and more patients will be benefited. |
