Objective:(1)observation of Yang - lei symptom and Yin - lei symptom in patients with National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, assessment of activities of daily living (ADL score, using BI index scoring method), serum MBP levels to determine the clinical prognosis; (2) to explore Yin-Yang syndrome differentiation to judge the prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage; (3) to try to use modern science and technology classes for the objective study of Syndrome Types of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), to lay the foundation for guiding clinical treatment of TCM.Methods:for hospitalized patients diagnosed as hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, possessed indication for micro-invasive surgical therapy and after informed consent of patients, to classify Yang - lei symptom and Yin - lei symptom group according to Stroke Syndrome Diagnostic Criteria before surgery, Yang - lei symptom Section 20 cases, Yin - lei symptom group 16 patients, named as Yang and Yin group. Both groups were given surgery within 24h after the completion of the dialectical group, Serum MBP levels were measured at the admission and 3th day,7th day,14th day,30th day after treatment, At the same time according to the U.S. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale to rate NIHSS, With BI score Method for assessment of Activities of daily living at the admission,30th day and 3rd month after treatment. Results:Compared two groups of patients both Yang and Yin lei symptom with NIHSS score, ADL score and Serum MBP levels difference, which was all significant difference among the admission and 3th day,7th day,14th day,30th day after treatment (P>0.05), existing significant difference between the two groups; Yang Certification Section is superior to Yin group about NIHSS score and ADL score, nevertheless, the former is lower than the latter about the Serum MBP levels. Conclusion:hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients treated with micro-invasive surgical therapy, Yang - lei symptom permits more effective than Yin - lei symptom; Yang - lei symptom group is Superior to Yin group with the degree of improvement of quality of life; Yin - lei symptom group has been higher the level of serum MBP than Yang group, reflecting more serious extent to brain injury and worse prognosis with the Yin - lei symptom group; yin-yang syndrome differentiation can be used to determine to the prognosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage; there exists good correlation between Serum MBP levels and NIHSS score, whereas some time point between MBP levels and ADL score.
