The Clinical Research Of Tiaoganhuoxue Therapy On Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Postoperative Acute Phase Patients

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of the tiaoganhuoxue therapy on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients after craniotomy hematoma removal. Methods: 62 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into 2 groups:31 cases of control group were given conventional surgery and Western medicine treatment;31 cases of treatment group were given a comprehensive treatment,including Chinese medicine,acupuncture,the use of medicine pillow,based on conventional surgery and Western medicine. After 30 days of treatment,all the patients were given blood examination,the measurement of blood pressure,calculate the neurological functional deficit scale(NFDS), to compare the rate of the improved and efficient rate of the two groups . Results:The rate of improvement in the NFDS of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. P<0.05.The efficiency of the control of blood pressure :the treatment group was 90.3%, the control group was 58.1%, P<0.05,compare the efficacy of TCM symptoms,P<0.05;There was significant difference of the improvement of the short-term efficacy,the treatment group's improvement was better than that of the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: tiaoganhuoxue therapy can effect on the disability and maintain stable blood pressure of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients after craniotomy obviously. The effect is positive and satisfactory.
