Observe The Clinical Effect Of Yishenqingzhuo Oral Liquor In Patients With Diabetic Kidney Disease Stage ? Of Syndrome Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishenqingzhuo Oral Liquor in patients with diabetic kidney disease stage III of syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency,and to explore the effect of blood glucose,creatitine,urea nitrogen,24 hours urinary protein quantitation,urinary albumin excretion rate and urine microglobulin beta2,etc.Methods:60 diabetic kidney disease stage III patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency were divided into control group and treatment group.The control group were treated with diabetic kidney diet,controlled blood glucose and hypertention and so on.Treatment group were added Yishenqingzhuo Oral Liquor based on control group.Yishenqingzhuo Oral Liquor were given 10ml for one time,three times a day and for 2 months.And patients were examined the blood glucose,creatitine,urea nitrogen,24 hours urinary protein quantitation,urinary albumin excretion rate and urine microglobulin beta2 and the change of clinical symptom score in TCM before and after treatment.Results:(1)Treatment and control group each fall off 2 in cases.Treatment group total effective rate was 83.33%,control group was 73.33%;and in terms of improving the clinical symptoms,treatment group was superior to control group(Z=-2.95,P<0.05).(2)Both treatment group and control group can reduce 24 hours urinary protein quantitation,urinary albumin excretion rate and urine microglobulin beta2 with significant effect(P<0.05),and treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05)(3)Neither treatment or control group can affect blood glucose significantly;both treatment and control group can stabilize renal function,and the creatitine and urea nitrogen were not elevated.(P>0.05)Conclusion:(1)Treatment group were able to improve 24 hours urinary protein quantitation,urinary albumin excretion rate and urine microglobulin beta2 in diabetic kidney disease stage III patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency.(2)In terms of improving the clinical symptoms,treatment group was superior to control group in diabetic kidney disease stage III patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency.(3)Neither treatment or control group can affect blood glucose in diabetic kidney disease stage III patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency significantly;both treatment and control group can stabilize renal function in diabetic kidney disease stage ? patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency,and the creatitine and urea nitrogen were not elevated after treatment(P>0.05).
