The Clinical Observation Of YiShenQingZhuo Decoction To Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3 Patients Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Of Yin And Effect To Serum Visfatin And Laminin

Objectives:Observing the curative effect of YiShenQingZhuo Decoction to Chronic kidney disease stage 3 Patients of liver and kidney yin deficiency type, and observing the influence of YiShenQingZhuo Decoction on serum visfatin and laminin, the author discusses the curative effect of YiShenQingZhuo Decoction and the relationship among visfatin, laminin and CKD fibrillation.Methods:1. By using simple random grouping, the diagnosed chronic kidney disease stage 3 kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of the 66 patients were divided into control group and experimental group, and each group had 33 cases; 2. Patients in control group were treated with pure western medicine. However, patients in experimental group were treated with YiShenQingZhuo Decoction and western medicine; 3. The author observed the two groups of patients of laboratory indexes, including rate of glomerular, renal function, hemoglobin, laminin and visfatin, and observed the change of TCM clinical syndrome integral before and after treatment. Besides,20 cases of healthy people were enrolled to be compared with the patients with CKD stage 3 serum levels of visfatin.Results:1.The level of serum visfatin and laminin on patients with chronic kidney disease of liver and kidney yin deficiency before treatment was obviously higher than the healthy control group, and the difference was very significant(p<0.05).2. After treatment, the two groups were both different (p<0.05) on blood urea nitrogen and creatinine. At the same time, there had significant difference (p<0.05) between control group and experimental group.3. After treatment, all the observation indexes, such as rate of glomerular, serum levels of visfatin,laminin hemoglobin, triglyceride, and total cholesterol had significant difference (p<0.05) than before.4. The level of visfatin in patients showed positive correlation with the observation indexes,ie, laminin, TC,TG and Scr, negative correlation with GFR, while not correlated with BUN.5. Compared with groups before and after treatment, the level of the TCM syndrome integral in the experimental group was significantly improved after treatment(p<0.01). And it has significant difference between experimental group and control group in the level of the TCM syndrome and curative effect (p<0.05).Conclusions:1.The level of serum visfatin in CKD patients is obviously higher than healthy people.2. YiShenQingZhuo Decoction can obviously decrease the level of BUN and Scr in CKD patients of liver and kidney yin deficiency type and increase level of GFR. And it is more effective than pure western medicine.3. The level of visfatin in CKD patients shows positive correlation with laminin, Scr, TC and TG, negative correlation with GFR, no correlation with BUN, and it may prompt that the level of visfatin is closely related with the CKD fibrillation.4. YiShenQingZhuo Decoction can decrease the level of serum visfatin and LN in CKD patients and reduce the sedimentation of ECM in kidney, to lighten CKD fibrillation and delay the detertoration of renal function, for the protection of kidney.5. YiShenQingZhuo Decoction can improve the level of the TCM syndrome and total effectiveness in CKD patients of liver and kidney yin deficiency type. And it is more effective than pure western medicine, so YiShenQingZhuo Decoction is effective on treating CKD patients of liver and kidney yin deficiency type.
