Literature research:This research based on the Diabetic Nephropathy's etiological factor, pathogenesis and treatment from traditional Chinese medicine and present-day. It also referred to the pathogenesis of Diabetic Nephropathy and the diabetic chronic complication of modern medicine, which as to offer the theory to the clinical research. Objective:There's still no conclusion of differentiation of syndrome and treatment from traditional Chinese medicine about Diabetic Nephropathy at the present time. Someone do the treatment according to syndrome differentiation, as someone with the clinical stages. Yet there's few ones set relation between the syndrome differentiation and the chronic complications of Diabetic Nephropathy. This study tried to do a supplement of it. Furthermore, it tried to discuss the TCM pathogenesis of the chronic complications, as to guide the clinical treatment with the law that may possible found.Clinical observation:1 Method:Review on the hospitalized records. And also collect the common conditions (name, sexual, age. ect), FPG,2hPG, HbAlc.ect from the hospitalized records which conforms to the acquisition standard with the form (in Appendix), and then discuss the relation between the syndrome differentiation and the chronic complications of Diabetic Nephropathy.2 Results:36 cases were picked and divided into two groups named Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney (YDSK),17 cases, and Qi-Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney (QYDLK),19 cases.66.1% of these cases concurrent with Hypertension, in which the QYDLK ones were more than the YDSK ones, and also the QYDLK ones concurrent with Hypertension earlier.58.3% cases concurrent with Lipid Abnormality,35.3% of the YDSK cases and 78.9% of the QYDLK cases including. The probability of concurrenting with the Coronary Heart Disease is 42.1% in QYDLK ones, and the YDSK ones is 5.1%.Conclusions:According to this study, the Diabetic Nephropathy patients of QYDLK type appeared a ineffective blood glucose control, and also the QYDLK ones were easier to concurrent with Hypertension, Coronary Heart Disease and Lipid Abnormality, which meant the QYDLK ones were more easier to suffer the risks. So to the QYDLK ones of the Diabetic Nephropathy patients, it's more important to enforce the blood glucose control, and do the interference of blood pressure and blood lipid earlier to reduce or delay the occurrence of disease.
