Study On The Characteristics Of TCM Constitution With The Impaired Glucose Regulation Combined With Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective:1.To study the distribution characteristics of the TCM Constitution and quality of lifes with the impaired glucose regulation combined with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.2.To study the distribution of different constitution types with the impaired glucose regulation combined with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:Select 420 patients of hospitalization met the inclusion criteria in our hospital From January to December in 2016.Identify the type of TCM Constitution and score the Quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BREF)in the way of questionnaire,moreover,collect basic information,the degree of fatty liver,blood glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin level,blood pressure level and blood lipid leve of the patients.Organize the data and deal with data by statistical analysis.Results:1.The distribution characteristics of TCM Constitution:the constituent ratio was degressive in Phlegm dampness(22.14%),and Peace quality(15.95%),Qi deficiency(13.33%),Blood stasis(11.43%),Yang deficiency(10.95%),Qi Stagnation(8.81%),Damp-heat constitution(8.33%),Yin deficiency(7.86%),Special intrinsic quality(1.19%).2.In the Constituent ratio of 4 age groups,the largest proportion was the constitute of 51 to 60 years old(47.62%),the second was the constitute of over 61 years old(25%),the least one was the constituent ratio of less than 40 years old(5.95%).Except blood stasis and special intrinsic quality,There were differences in the constitution ratio of the same constitutional type among the other 7 constitutions(P<0.05).At the level of BMI,the Phlegm dampness was lower than the Peace quality,the Qi deficiency,the Yang deficiency the Qi Stagnation the Damp-heat constitution and the Yin deficiency(P<0.05).At the level of TG,the Yin deficiency was higher than the Qi deficiency(P<0.01).At the level of Systolic pressure,the Peace quality was higher than the Phlegm dampness and the Yang deficiency(P<0.05).At the level of FBG,both the Blood stasis and the Damp-heat constitution was higher than the Yang deficiency and the Qi deficiency(P<0.01 the former one,P<0.05 the latter one)3.The constituent ratio of different degrees of fatty liver was degressive in the mild(66.67%),the moderate(29.29%)and the severe(4.05%).The degree of fatty liver was increasing progressively by the Peace quality,the Phlegm dampness and the Qi deficiency.4.The goal of the quality of life in four areas was degressive in the Physical,the Psychological,the Social relations and the Environment.The highest proportion was the"between good and bad"(between satisfied and dissatisfied)option in the result of both the G1 and G4.Except the Special intrinsic,the Peace quality was higher than the other 7 constitutions at the goal of the quality of life in four areas.At the goal of the quality of life in Social relations area,the Qi Stagnation was lower than the Peace quality.At the goal of the quality of life in both Social relations area and Environment area,both the Damp-heat constitution and the Yang deficiency was lower than the others.Conclusion:1.Both Peace quality and Phlegm dampness had a large majority in the distribution of the TCM Constitution in the crowd with the Glucose Regulation and Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease,Special intrinsic had the least ratio.2.The disease often occur in the people about 60 years old.The mild fatty liver had a large majority in the disease.The BMI level of All of the 9 constitutions was overweight.The degree of overweight of Phlegm dampness was the heaviest.There were significant difference in the levels of systolic pressure,FBG and TG between different constitution types.3.The total subjective experience of both Quality of life and Health of the patients was in the intermediate state("between good and bad").the Quality of life of the Peace quality in all of the 4 areas was higher than the other constitution types'.In the quality of life in Social relations area,the Qi Stagnation was lower than the Peace quality.In the quality of life in both Social relations area and Environment area,both the Damp-heat constitution and the Yang deficiency was lower than the others.
