Objective:Through TCM Constitution questionnaire and body mass index, on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and biochemical index, correlation between TCM constitution type of the disease and the susceptible constitution types and these indicators, and to explore the internal relations of the correlation and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine, for the clinical treatment of the disease from the Constitution theory in TCM to provide the theory basis, also can play TCM preventive treatment of disease occurrence characteristics and prevention of NAFLD.Methods:Using the method of combination of theory and clinical research.200cases were selected, through a questionnaire survey, using Excel to establish a database, using SPSS17statistical software, analysis the correlation of index cases of TCM Constitution, BMI, gender, blood lipid, liver function and so on.Results:In patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with phlegm dampness constitution, followed by qi deficiency, heat, qi stagnation constitution, yin deficiency, Yang deficiency, blood stasis, and quality, special intrinsic quality.There was no significant difference between NAFLD patients with sex and age, gender, age and BMI index and BMI index, comparable.With the correlation of yin deficiency, phlegm-dampness and severity, and mild to moderate fatty liver with phlegm-dampness rare.Phlegm dampness, heat more common in patients with elevated BMI, overweight, obesity prone to fatty liver and the phlegm dampness, heat the majority; phlegm dampness, damp-heat constitution in patients with HDL than in normal level reduced correlation; elevated liver function index biased physique is often accompanied by, but because of the differences of Chinese constitution classification, increased its AST, ALT, r-GT are different.Conclusion:This study concluded that, NAFLD patients with TCM constitution ratio of phlegm-dampness constitution, Qi deficiency, heat, qi stagnation, yin deficiency, Yang deficiency qualitative, blood stasis, flat and matter> Special intrinsic quality.This study collected cases with mild fatty liver mostly, severe fatty liver, yin deficiency, phlegm dampness, heat and degree of relevance, and mild to moderate fatty liver with phlegm-dampness rare.There was no statistically significant difference in the severity of the Constitution and NAFLD.NAFLD in patients with Qi deficiency is more common in women, phlegm dampness and heat in patients with male see more.
