Random drawing of lots will be divided into invaginated group and control group. The treatment group received acupuncture therapy by ultrasound guided, the control group was in a blind stab, according to the "three point five-point" method to release, the therapy once a week for 4 weeks. To dynamic observation and analysis their treatment before and after by McGill Pain Scale respectively(MPQ), cervical activity and the number of tender points.Results:1. After treatment, comparing the McGill Pain Scale (MPQ), cervical activity, the number of tender points, could significantly improve were be in the two groups. (P<.05)3. After treatment, the difference was significant between the treatment group and the control group in McGill Pain Scale (MPQ), cervical activity and the number of tender points, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. (P<0.05)4. Three months after the end of treatment, compare the overall efficacy of the two groups, in the treatment group,5 cases were controlled well,26 cases were marked effect,12 cases were effect,5 cases were no effect. The total effective rate was 89.6%;In control group,2 cases were controlled well,17 cases were marked effect,18 cases were effect,10 cases were no effect. The total effective rate was 78.7%.The treatment group were better than the control group. (P<0.05) 5. No adverse reactions safety incidents occur during and this study, patients were followed up and found no obvious side effects. Conclusions:Treatment of neck type cervical syndrome by ultrasound-guided needle knife better to relieve pain and improve cervical activities than the control group, and safer and more reliable.
