Clinical Research Of Thorn Blood Cupping Therapy For The Agkistrodon Halys Bite To Limb Swelling

Objective:The thesis mainly studies the clinical curative effect of reducing the local swelling and pain after the agkistrodon halys bite and the effect of the CK,CK-MB,LDH level with thorn blood cupping therapy.Methods:1.Select 72 in-patients at the first affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university emergency medicine in April 2015 to September 2016,which are divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 36 cases in treatment group and36 cases in control group.2.The treatment group use blood cupping therapy on the basis of conventional treatments,while the control group only using conventional treatments.Conventional treatments include local treatment and internal comprehensive therapy.3.Observe and record the limb swelling degree and pain index at before the treatments,the fourth treatment day and the seventh treatment day and the LDH,CK,CK-MB level at before the treatment and the seventh treatment day respectively.Record the hospitalization days of two group patients,then form a case information form.Record all the adverse reactions in the whole research process.4.Analyze all the data results using SPSS20.0 software,with “A—xE EA±s” expressing dates.Measurement dates which conform to the normal distribution use t test.Counting dates use chi-square test.Dates don't conform to the normal distribution use rank and inspection.All the tests have statistically significant with difference P < 0.05.Results:1.The swelling degree of the patients in treatment group and control group has no difference before treatments(P > 0.05).Comparison between the groups,the limb swelling is significantly reduced at the seventh treatment day compare to the fourth day after bites of the treatment group(P < 0.01),while the limb swelling is also significantlyreduced at the seventh treatment day compare to the fourth day after bites of the control group(P < 0.05).The limb swelling is significantly reduced at the seventh treatment day compare to before treatments,with obvious difference(P < 0.01),having statistically significant.But the treatment group decreased obviously superior to control group.Comparison between the groups,the difference of limb swelling at the fourth and seventh treatment day of the treatment group is less than the control group,having statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that acupuncture cupping therapy can help alleviate limb swelling.2.The pain index comparison difference of the patients in treatment group and control group before treatments has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Comparison between the groups,the pain index is significantly reduced at the seventh treatment day compare to the fourth day after bites of the treatment group(P < 0.01),while the pain index is also significantly reduced at the seventh treatment day compare to the fourth day after bites of the control group(P < 0.05).The pain index is significantly reduced at the seventh treatment day compare to before treatments,with obvious difference(P <0.01),having statistically significant.But the treatment group's drop amplitude is obviously superior to control group,and the difference having statistically significant(P< 0.05).Comparison between the groups,the difference of pain index at the fourth and seventh treatment day of the treatment group is less than the control group,having statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that acupuncture cupping therapy can help alleviate patients' pain index.Compare the hospitalization days(P < 0.01),the difference has statistically significant,indicating that acupuncture cupping therapy can shorten the hospitalization days.3.The myocardial enzyme each indicator difference of the patients in two groups before treatments has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).The CK,CK-MB,LDH level is significantly reduced at the seventh treatment day compare to before treatments of the treatment group,the difference has statistically significant(P < 0.01).The CK,CK-MB,LDH level is also significantly reduced at the seventh treatment day compareto before treatments of the control group(P < 0.05).But the result of the treatment group is obviously superior to control group.Comparison between the groups,the compare difference of CK,CK-MB,LDH level in treatment group and control group all have statistically significant(P < 0.01),indicating that acupuncture cupping therapy can promote myocardial enzyme back to normal early.Conclusions:The topic of the research results show that thorn blood cupping therapy can significantly help alleviate limb swelling after the viper bites,significantly alleviate patients' pain index,shorten the hospitalization days,and promote myocardial enzyme back to normal early,hereby reducing hospitalization expenses,worth clinical promotion.
