Ojective:the incidence of upper limb dysfunction after stroke shows a tendency of rising in recent years,the patient's quality of life form is very prominent negative impact,the resulting burden of social economy is immeasurable Stab stab winding cupping method refers to the complex bloodletting,on the basis of complementary with cupping,enhance the strength of bloodletting,regulating channels,in order to achieve to stasis gave birth to a new,regulate qi and blood of therapeutic effect This study of acupuncture with complex cupping method were analyzed,and the exploration of such therapy in the treatment of upper limb dysfunction after stroke,for the treatment of upper limb dysfunction after stroke and the outcome provides scientific method?Methods:Computer simple random method was used with 75 cases of conforming the phlegm and blood stasis resistance winding type upper limb dysfunction in stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group 38 people,control group 37 people,among them,the experimental group falls off in 2 cases,control group 1 case fall off,the experimental group treated with conventional acupuncture with thorn bloodletting winding method,the control group using conventional acupuncture treatment Treatment 5 times a week,a month for a period of treatment,observation of three procedures.Respectively before and after the treatment measures with Jane's Fugl-Meyer upper limb movement function score(FMA)degree of clinical neural function defect score(NIHSS)daily life ability score(modified Barthel index)upper limb pain assessment using visual analog scale(VAS),the actual effect for the treatment of an objective evaluation,and determine the recovery of upper limb function in patients with status.Result: Before treatment measures,two groups of general information and all indicators score there is no statistically significant difference((P > 0.05),data base,there is no obvious difference between reflects higher balance and comparability in 3 months after treatment measures,the FMA rating of two groups of patients,NIHSS score,BI index,VAS score than before treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05)before and after treatment,the treatment group than the control group with significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: acupuncture and cupping therapy can significantly improve the motor function of patients with upper limb dysfunction.
