Objective: The changes of peripheral blood SOD activity level,MDA content and NLR in peripheral blood of patients with viper bites were analyzed. Objective to explore the relationship between SOD,MDA and NLR and the severity of poisoning in patients bitten by viper. Methods: the patients who were hospitalized in the emergency department of Nanhua Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University and from May 2017 to August 2017 were selected from the hospital of the emergency department of Nanhua Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University.A total of 98 patients were treated with Agkistrodon Agkistrodon bites treated according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.20 healthy volunteers were set as the control group. After admission, the severity of the patient's condition was assessed.According to the scale of the severity of the poisoning, the patients were divided into mild group(1 points),moderate group(2)and severe group(3).The incision group was divided into the incision group and the non incision group according to the incision before the treatment. The binding group was divided into bundling group and non binding group according to the local binding before the treatment.Divided into group A(< 8 h),group B(? 8 h).The peripheral venous blood 4ml was extracted immediately before admission to the hospital, and the NLR was detected by 4ml centrifugation at low temperature. The activity of SOD in serum was measured by xanthine oxidase, and the content of MDA in serum was measured by thiobarbituric acid. Results: 1,SOD and MDA were expressed in the sera of the normal control group and the snakebite.Compared with the normal control group, the SOD activity of the patients with Agkistrodon ackkistrodon bites was significantly decreased and the content of MDA increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2,between case groups:(1)according to the severity score of poisoning, the more heavily poisoned patients were, the more SOD and MDA and NLR increased. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and positively correlated with the patient's condition.(2)there was a significant difference between the incision group and the serum SOD activity in the uncut group(P<0.05),according to whether the incision group was divided into groups.(3)according to whether colligation group, there was a significant difference in serum SOD activity and MAD content between colligation group and non colligation group(P< 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in NLR value between two groups(P > 0.05).(4)according to the time of treatment, the levels of NLR and serum MDA in group B were higher than those in group A(P < 0.001).The activity of serum SOD in B group was lower than that in A group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.001).3,SOD activity is negatively correlated with MDA content and NLR value, and the correlation coefficients are r=-0.4662 and r=-0.5648,and P values are P <0.0001 and P <0.0001 respectively. Conclusion:The activity of SOD in peripheral blood decreased, while MDA content increased and NLR increased. The difference of expression of SOD,MDA and NLR is related to the degree of poisoning by Agkistrodon acutus bite.
