The Clinical Study Of Prescription Of Blood Cooling Detoxification And Swelling In Treating Trimeresurus Stejnegeri Bites

Objective:This study was to explore the clinical efficacy of Prescription of Blood Cooling,Detoxification and Swelling in treating patients bittien by Trimeresurus stejnegeri,verifying the superiority of Trimeresurus stejnegeri bites of TCM diagnosis and treatment methods,and providing a reliable diagnostic method in treating Trimeresurus stejnegeri bites.Methods:40 patients who were bitten by Trimeresurus stejnegeri from the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups,which one is the treatment group and one is the control group.Two groups all received routine treatment.The treatment group was combined with Prescription of Blood Cooling,Detoxification and Swelling on the basis of routine treatment.To treat 10 days Continuously,observation and comparison was used in setting watchpoints(on the day of the first day,the five day and the tenth day)in the two groups,comparing the clinical efficacy indexes(local symptoms and signs)and relevant biochemical index(routine blood,DIC)score and change the situation before and after treatment.Finally,the results of the above indicators were analyzed statistically.Results:1.Clinical symptoms:The treatment group showed 85% efficiency and the control group was 55%.This shows that the total apparent efficiency of the treatmengt group was significantly better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).After 5 days of treatment,both groups showed improvement in the score of local symptoms and signs before treatment,and the treatment groupwas significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.01).After 10 days of treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the score of local symptoms and signs(P < 0.05).2.Laboratory indexes: Both groups can effectively reduce the rate of neutrophils and improve the Blood coagulation function.In the regard ou plasma prothrombin time(PT),plasma fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin time(TT),plasma D-dimer(DDi),neutrophils ratio,the treatment group was better than the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in improving the activation of thrombin time(APTT).Conclusion:The effect of Prescription of Blood Cooling,Detoxification and Swelling is distinct,for it can significantly improve local symptoms in patients bitten by Trimeresurus stejnegeri,and shorten the coagulation function recovery time,promote an improvement,which is superior than conventional western medicine treatment.
