Clinical Observation On Manipulation Of Regulating Jingjin In The Treatment Of The Old Anklfe Sprain

1 ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of manipulation of regulating Jingjin-(soft tissue)for the treatment of chronic ankle sprain.2 MethodsThis study will be included in the diagnostic criteria of 80 patients with the old ankle sprain patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group of 40 cases,the treatment group was treated with manipulation of regulating Jingjin,the control group was treated with TDP lamp irradiation treatment,the two groups lasted for30 minutes each time,3 times treatment a week,7 times for a course of treatment,2 courses,respectively.The pain degree of the two groups was evaluated by using pressure instruments before and after treatment;The pain degree,joint activity,joint stability,walking ability,working ability and radiological results were scored by the Biard-Jackson ankle scoring criteria,and observe the clinical efficacy.3 Results(1)The efficacy of the two groups:the total effective rate of 95%in the treatment group,the total effective rate of 37.5%in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and the evaluation indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(X2=29.574,P =0.000).(2)After treatment,the degree of tenderness and Biard-Jackson ankle score were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).4 ConclusionManipulation of Regulating Jingjin treatment of old ankle sprain can significantly reduce the local pain,improve clinical efficacy.And in the course of treatment,the treatment is simple,the patient less pain,easy to be accepted,it is worth in the clinical promotion.
