Clinical Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Manipulation Of Regulating Jingjin And Sodium Hyaluronate Injection For Ankle Osteoarthritis

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Manipulation of Regulating Jingjin combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of anklebone arthritis,to explore its mechanism,to explore the clinical value of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of anklebone arthritis,to explore the new ideas and methods of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of the disease,and to provide objective scientific basis for the clinical treatment of anklebone arthritisMethods:90 patients with osteoarthritis of ankle were randomly divided into three groups:the basic group,the control group and the treatment group The basic group was treated with prednisolone acetate intra-articular infusion once a week and three weeks as a course of treatment.The control group was treated with injection of sodium hyaluronate into ankle cavity once a week and three weeks as a course of treatment.The treatment group was treated by Manipulation of Regulating Jingjin combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate into ankle cavity,Manipulation of Regulating Jingjin is once every two days,injection of sodium hyaluronate is once every three weeks VAS pain score and AOFAS ankle hind foot score were observed before and after treatment.Spss23.0 statistical software package was used for analysis According to the analysis results,the conclusion is drawnResults:1.AOFAS ankle hind foot score:before and after treatment,the scores in three groups increased significantly(P<0.01).There was no significantdifference between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)2.VAS pain score:before and after treatment,the score of control group decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There wasno significant difference between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Manipulation of Regulating Jingjin combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate can reduce the pain of patients with ankle osteoarthritis and restore ankle function2.The therapeutic effect of Manipulation of Regulating Jingjin combined with sodium hyaluronate injection is better than that of sodium hyaluronate injection alone.3.There was no adverse reaction in the experiment of treating anklebone arthritis with Manipulation of Regulating Jingjin combined with sodium hyaluronate injection.
