Objective: To compare and analysis of simple interlocking intramedullary nail operation time of two different ways of adding auxiliary plate in treatment of long backbone fracture AO-C type and interlocking,the operation time,the amount of bleeding,fracture healing time,fracture nonunion rate,malunion healing and adjacent joint function recovery for type AO-C fracture of long bone,and discussion of the issues there are two methods of fixation surgery provides a better way and a clinical basis for the treatment of such fractures.Methods: by retrospective analysis method,The clinical data of AO-C long bone fractures treated in orthopedic wards of Hefei No.1 People’s Hospital from March 2011 to March 2016 were collected by retrospective analysis.According to the different surgical methods are divided into group A: simple interlocking intramedullary nail group,group B: auxiliary plate combined with interlocking intramedullary nail group.Comparison of two treatment methods in the operation time,intraoperative bleeding,fracture healing time,fracture healing rate,abnormal healing rate,adjacent joint function recovery and other data.The data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS17.0,and the data were tested by t,and the counting data were analyzed by chi-square test.Results:This study collected a total of 32 cases patients(20 males and 12 females,aged24-63 years)with an average age of 43 years were enrolled in this study.Among them,21 were accidental injuries and 7 cases were falls.4 cases of injury.There was no significant difference in sex,age,injury location,AO classification and injury between group A and group B(P> 0.05).The operation time was 118.33 ± 24.09 min in 15 patients in group A and 123.06 ± 20.32 min in group B,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Among the 15 patients in group A,Intraoperative blood loss of 348.67 ± 83.40 ml,B group of 17 patients in the intraoperative blood loss was 367.65 ± 71.02 ml,the data showed no statistically significant between the two(P>0.05).At the time of fracture healing,the average healing time of fracture in group A was 27.20 ± 8.45 W,the average healing time of group B was 20.47 ± 9.26 W,and the difference of fracture healing time between group A and group B was statistically significant(P <0.05).In the case of nonunion of fracture,there were 5 cases of nonunion in 15 patients in group A and finally healed after the second intervention.In group B,bone healing was achieved in 17 cases,and all of them were cured.After statistical analysis After data,the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no complication in the treatment of fracture malformations in group A,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of fracture healing.).In the case of recovery of adjacent joint function,the adjacent joint function score of group A was 87.33 ± 7.50 points,among which 7 cases were excellent,6 cases were good and2 had excellent rate of 86.67%.The adjacent joint function score of group B was 95.29± 3.64 points,of which 15 cases were excellent,1 case reached good,1 case reached,the excellent rate of 94.11%.The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion : This study shows that,in the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative complication rate,A group and B group both had no significant difference,but the B group in postoperative recovery of limb function and fracture healing time,fracture healing rate of early on than A group,there was significant difference between the two groups.Compared with intramedullary nail complex long bone fractures.The auxiliary plate combined with interlocking intramedullary nail has higher early in the treatment of complicated long bone fractures in fracture healing rate,shorter healing time,less postoperative complications,postoperative clinical curative effect is good.It is worth to be popularized in the treatment of complex long bone fractures(type AO-C).
