The Clinical Analysis Of Interlocking Intramedullary Nail And Plate Internal Fixation Of Humeral Shaft Fractures

Objective: To observe clinical observation and difference between the two groups on treating light, moderate simple obesity(spleen-deficient and dampness-stagnation type) by acupoint catgut implantation.Thus to provide an objective analysis basis for the clinical treatment of varying degrees spleen dampness simple obesity patients.Method: 60 cases of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type in patients with simple obesity were divided into mild, moderate obesity group, 30 cases in each group. Through comparison before and after and cross-reference between groups, compare and observe the changes at some aspects, such as weight, body mass index, bust, waist and hip circumference,body fat rate, muscle rate and symptom.Result: In the mild obesity group, the total effective rate is 83.33%; in the moderately obese group, the total effective rate is 86.67%. The statistics analysis shows that: Comparison within groups: Compared with baseline, significant decreased were found in weight, body mass index, body fat rate, muscle rate, waist and hip circumference at 1 and 2 treatment course not only in treatment group but also in control group(p<0.01). And compared with between one and two period treatment, the result is the same as above. Muscle rate is just the opposite. Compared with baseline, significant decreased were found in weight, body mass index, body fat rate, muscle rate, waist and hip circumference at 1 and 2 treatment course not only in treatment group but also in control group(p<0.01). Differences of bust and symptom scores are no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut implantation treatment on light, moderate simple obesity(spleen dampness type) is significant, but effect of moderate obesity group is better.
