Purpose : Comparative analysis by observing the clinical efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nail and compression plate fixation of tibial shaft fracture, and discussion on treatment of tibial fracture under sections provide experience for clinical treatment.Material and method: Select from March 2013 to August 2014 period, Orthopaedic Hospital in Shenyang City, minimally invasive orthopedic ward by the same doctor in the surgical treatment of tibial shaft fracture, AO classification of B1 type 42 patients for the study, according to the order of patients admitted to hospital were randomly divided into interlocking intramedullary nail group(group A) and compression plate group(group B), 21 cases each. After giving patients intravenous antibiotics to prevent infection, dehydration intravenous drug promote swelling, oral rivaroxaban prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis, oral drug to promote bone fracture healing therapy, and guide their functional exercise. Two groups were observed and recorded time, incision length, blood loss, weight-bearing time, fracture healing time, knee and ankle joint function recovery, and the data obtained detailed records, and finally with SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Two groups in gender, age, cause of injury, fracture type, fracture site with relatively, P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. 2.The two groups in operative time, blood loss, incision length, weight-bearing comparison time and fracture healing time, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the intramedullary nail group in operation time, blood loss, incision length aspect, weight-bearing time and fracture healing time are better than compression plate group.3.Comparison of postoperative knee, ankle function recovery, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the intramedullary nail group in the knee and ankle joint function are better than compression plate group.Conclusion:1.Compared with the compression plate fixation methods, interlocking intramedullary nail with a short operation time, small incisions, less blood loss, weight-bearing time is short and other advantages. 2.Compared with the compression plate fixation methods, interlocking intramedullary nail with a short fracture healing time is short advantage. 3.Compared with the compression plate fixation methods, interlocking intramedullary nail with a knee and ankle joint function recovery time is short advantage.
