Cholagogic And Stomach Anti-snore Soup Treatment Of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrom(Stomach And Bile, Phlegm Dampness Syndrome) Clinical Study

Purpose: Through the cholagogic and stomach anti-snore soup treatment of OSAHS(stomachand bile，phlegm dampness syndrome) clinical curative effect observation analysiscomparison of the patients before and after TCM syndrome integral and its BMI，AHI，SaO2value to improve the situation，To cholagogue and stomach anti-snore soup treatment forOSAHS role，as well as the treatment effect of comprehensive advantages。Method: Will see a doctor In2011December-2012year in December，changchun universityof Chinese medicine affiliated hospital pulmonary disease and obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrom outpatient and hospitalized patients，a total of60cases，60subjects weredivided into treatment group and control group by random mathematical table method，30cases in each group。Treatment group with cholagogue and stomach anti-snore orally，thecontrol to the theophylline zyban oral，4weeks after treatment，the treatment of related datafor statistical analysis。Result: Through clinical observation analysis showed：the treatment group (the total effectiverate was70%) is better than that of control group (total effective rate36.67%)，treatmentgroup and control group compared with significant difference (P <0.05)； Treatment groupcan obviously improve the OSAHS (bravery gastric estrangement，phlegm turbidity indicatessheng) related to the traditional Chinese medicine in patients with symptoms，andsignificantly improve the BMI，AHI，SaO2，physical and chemical examination index。Conclusion: OSAHS (stomach and bile, phlegm dampness syndrome) Application ofcholagogue and stomach curative decoction is effective.
