Clinical Study Of Warm Needleing Zusanli And Guanyuan Combined With Rehabilitation Treatment Of Stroke Recovery Patients

Objective Based on the experience of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of stroke recovery,this paper discusses the clinical effect of warm acupuncture Zusanli and Guan yuanxue on stroke recovery patients.To provide clinical basis for the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment of stroke in recovery period.Method 94 cases of stroke recovery inpatients from Tai he hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital were randomly divided into warm needling group(Treatment group)and control group(47 cases).The control group received simple rehabilitation therapy(including massage therapy and functional training);The treatment group and control group were given basic treatment(control of blood pressure,regulating blood lipid,anti-platelet aggregation,etc.).Warm acupuncture and rehabilitation treatment were once daily for 5 days each week for 4 weeks.Stroke syndrome score,modified ashworth score,simplified fugl score,modified barthel index and neurological deficit score scale were compared and compared,and the curative effect was compared.Result(1)There were 24 cases of zunan,23 women in the control group,25 males and 22 females in the control group.there was no significant difference in sex composition,age,course of disease and stroke(p > 0.05).Before treatment: there was no significant difference in qi deficiency syndrome score and blood stasis score between two groups(p > 0.05);There was no significant difference in modified ashworth score and fugl score(p > 0.05).There was no significant difference in modified barthel index and neurological deficit score(p > 0.05).In group,the difference of syndrome score before and after treatment was significant(? p < 0.01).There was significant difference between between groups group and control group(* p < 0.01).(2)After treatment: the difference of syndrome score after treatment was significant(? p < 0.01);The modified ashworth score and fugl score were significantly different before treatment(? < 0.01).The improved barthel index and neurological deficit score were significantly difference before treatment(? p < 0.01).The difference of syndrome score in control group was significant(p < 0.05).The improved ashworth score and fugl score had statistical difference(* p < 0.05);There were significant difference between modified barthel index and neurological impairment score(* p <0.05).(3)After treatment,the difference of syndrome score was significant(? p < 0.01);The improved ashworth score and fugl score were significantly different before treatment(? < 0.01),the improved barthel index and neurological impairment score significantly(? < 0.01).(4)After treatment,6 cases were cured,19 cases were effective,17 cases were effective,the total effective rate was % %;In the control group,there was only 1 case,effective 13 cases,total effective rate was 51.06 %,the clinical effect was significant difference(p < 0.01).Conclusion Referring to a large number of ancient and modern literature,the stroke recovery period is this virtual,the main pathogenesis is qixuxie.Warm acupuncture and moxibustion has the effect of warming meridian and invigorating qi,treating stroke recovery patients,and found that 94 patients,all of stroke recovery patients were divided into warm acupuncture group and control group.the results showed that the TCM syndrome integral,unilateral limb paralysis,limb motor function and neurological impairment and daily living ability improved significantly.Based on the above data,acupuncture Zusanli,Guan yuan on stroke recovery patients with TCM syndrome,muscle spasm,motor function,daily life and neurological impairment all have a good effect,clinical efficacy,compared to simple rehabilitation treatment has obvious advantages,worthy of clinical extension and application.
