Clinical Study On Onyang Huoxue Decoction To Impact Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Of Post Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Patients

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Onyang Huoxue Decoction to post Percutaneous Coronary Intervention patients belong Yang deficiency and blood stasis.Methods120 patients post Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(post-PCI) were randomly divided into two groups.One group(controlled group,n=60) to receive routine medical treatment.The other group(treatment group,n=60) to receive routine medical treatment and Onyang Huoxue Decoction.We observed angina integral, Yang deficiency integra and blood-stasis syndrome integral,serum lipid(CHOL,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),Troponin,CKMB,Cardiovascular events and the incident of end.ResultsFrom the treatment after one week,two groups had effects at angina integral, Yang deficiency integra and blood-stasis syndrome integral.Their differences had ststistical significance(P＜0.05).The treatment group on the effect of angina,Yang deficiency,blood-stasis syndrome are better than the controlled group(P＜0.05).In which,the effect of the angina,Yang deficiency is especially obvious after 12 weeks and between two groups(P＜0.01).There was remarkable difference in the recurrence of angina(P＜0.05);But there was no remarkable difference in the peripheral vascular disease rate(P＞0.05);There were no recurrence of a myocardial infarction,sudden cardiac death revascularization, ischemic stroke and other cardiovascul-ar events and the incident of the end.And two groups had effects at serum lipid(CHOL,LDL-C,HDL-C) after 12 weeks treatment.Their difference had ststistical significance(P＜0.05).But there was no remarkable difference in the Triglyceride(TG),Troponin and CKMB (P＞0.05).ConclusionsOnyang Huoxue Decoction can obviously improve angina,Yang deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome of post Percutaneous Coronary Intervention patients belong Yang deficiency and blood stasis.It also can reduce the recurrence rate of angina.And then Onyang Huoxue Decoction may have effects in improving serum lipid.
