| Objective: By scrutinizing the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Huoxue decoction in treating ischemic stroke with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,it provides potent and safe potions for the remedy of ischemic stroke with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.It can also provides a new scientific basis for clinical application of Ziyin Huoxue decoction to promote the recovery of neurological deficit and improve the quality of life.Methods: There are 60 patients qualified for the study which were divided into a control group(30 cases)and a test group(30 cases)using a random number table method.The control group was given basic medical treatment,and the test group was given Ziyin Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The duration of treatment was 21 days.This project is devised to observe the NIHSS scale score,modified Rankin scale,Barthel index score,syndrome score before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group.Results: 1.Comparison of general conditions: The gender distribution,age distribution,and past history distribution of the two groups of patients are not statistically significant.The main indicators of patient safety in the two groups were not statistically significant before and after treatment2.The comparison of the syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant,and the comparison of the syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant,indicating that Ziyin Huoxue Decoction improved the symptoms and signs of Yin deficiency and blood stasis more significantly.The total effective rate of Yin deficiency and blood stasis integral curative effect in the treatment group was 96.67%,and that in the control group was 23.34%.The therapeutic effect of syndrome scores in the test group was higher than that in the control group.3.Observation indicators of western medical efficacy: NIHSS scores of both groups were reduced,and both groups can improve the symptoms of neurological deficits.The improvement degree of the test group was better than that of the control group.The Rankin scale scores of the two groups were reduced,and the recovery of neurological function was improved.The improvement of the test group was higher than that of the control group.The Barthel index of the two groups improved.The Barthel index after treatment between the groups and the Barthel index difference between before and after treatment were not statistically significant,indicating that both groups can improve the ability of daily living of patients,but there is no significant difference.Conclusion: Ziyin Huoxue Decoction can visibly improve the syndrome of yin deficiency and blood stasis in ischemic stroke.It is superior to basic medical treatment in terms of improving neurological deficits and promoting neurological recovery in patients with yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The clinical efficacy and safety were proved of Ziyin Huoxue Decoction in treating ischemic stroke with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. |
