Background:Idiopathic facial nerve palsy,also known as Bell palsy(Bell palsy),is one of the common clinical diseases.The incidence of the disease is high,according to epidemiological survey,every year there are at least 335 million people in Bell palsy occurs,The incidence of the disease each year up to 26-34/10 million[1].As early as 1979 Bell palsy by the World Health Organization identified as suitable for acupuncture treatment of one of the diseases,the current acupuncture treatment for the disease are diverse,but there are still some Bell palsy ineffective.This study aims to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of this disease by comparing the efficacy of three different treatments in the treatment of Bell palsy by comparing the pin flat throrns combined with basic therapy,conventional acupuncture combined with basic therapy and simple basic therapy.Destination:The effects of acupuncture combined with basic therapy,conventional acupuncture combined with basic therapy and basic treatment on Bell palsy were observed by strict randomized,controlled trial,and the House-Brackmann scale and functional integration scale were used to record the treatment before and after treatment Facial function,objective evaluation of the three different treatment methods for the role of Bell palsy.Mean:A total of 80 patients were enrolled in Bell Palsy from outpatient department,ward and acupuncture department of Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.According to the randomized table,40 cases were divided into acupuncture group(treatment group)and traditional acupuncture group(Control group)40 cases,from the first hospital in Nanjing neurology outpatient Bell palsy patients screening the basic treatment group(simple oral medication)40 cases.Basic treatment group and methylcobalamin oral prednisone;treatment group pin flat thorn basic treatment does not help and reducing method,the needle 4-6h;control group,conventional acupuncture plus basic therapy,be reinforcing-reducing techniques,Stay needle time 30min.Oral medication from the patient began to take medication;acupuncture from the onset of 1 week to 2 weeks as a course of treatment;every Monday to Friday a total of 5 times acupuncture;a weekly evaluation of the efficacy of acupuncture total treatment 1 Month.The recorded data was analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software.Results:Statistical analysis showed that the baseline data(gender,age,duration of disease,H-B facial nerve function score)were statistically significant(p>0.05).l.The total effective rate was 90%in the treatment group,the total effective rate of the control group(conventional acupuncture group)and the total effective rate was 77.5%in the basic treatment group.There was no significant difference between the three groups(p>0.05).At the third week,the treatment group had significant difference 35%of the control group(conventional acupuncture group)was 15%,the basic treatment group was 12.5%,the pin flat throrns group>control group>basic treatment group,the statistical analysis,the three groups were significantly The statistical difference was p = 0.031(p<0.05).2.In the improvement of clinical symptoms(H-B score scale),before treatment group was no significant difference(p>0.05),comparable.(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the three groups before and after treatment(p=0.905>0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group before and after treatment(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Three kinds of treatment for idiopathic facial palsy clinical symptoms are improved,the final effect is quite;2.In the treatment of idiopathic facial palsy acupuncture combined with basic treatment than the other two treatment methods faster.
