Clinical Observation Of "jiCi" Acupuncture With Conventional Acupuncture In Treatment Of Surrounding The Facial Palsy

Objective: To observe the disease around the pricker method together with the routine acupuncture treatment clinical curative effect of facial palsy, and compared with the conventional acupuncture methods in the treatment of facial palsy effects, explore the superiority of the method, in order to improve clinical cure effect of facial palsy to develop new ideas around.Method: 60 patients from shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine with facial paralysis were randomly divided into acupuncture clinics around the sex disease treatment group and routine acupuncture group, stab disease group adopt acupuncture in the treatment of facial palsy routine acupuncture plus disease pricker method together with the TDP irradiation treatment on affected sides; Control group except without disease prod method, the rest of the find, acupuncture and TDP irradiation, retaining needle time frequency and period of treatment are the same as the disease thorn group. On the surrounding sex patients with facial paralysis(mid) in 8 days, 28 days(late) House- Brackmann(H- B) quantitative facial nerve functional evaluation classification evaluation and facial palsy symptoms and signs table rating investigation.Results:1. The treatment in the two groups before treatment and 8 days of facial nerve function scores of difference was less(P < 0.01). The two groups before treatment and treatment within 28 days of facial nerve function scores compared with significant difference(P < 0.01), Jici group than in the control group.2. The two groups before treatment and treatment of 8 days after a single static score group had significant difference(P < 0.01); two groups before treatment and treatment of 28 days after a single static score group had significant difference(P < 0.01); between the two groups after treatment compared very significant difference(P < 0.01). The nostrils and the wrinkles on the forehead, the two symptoms score have significant difference(P < 0.05), Jici group than in the control group.3. The two groups before treatment and treatment of 8 days after a single dynamic view in the scores comparision showed very significant difference(P < 0.01); treatment in the two groups before and after 28 days of treatment single dynamic view in the scores of the comparision showed very significant difference(P < 0.01); in the scores of the comparision showed very significant difference(P < 0.01) between the two groups after treatment compared various symptoms score and dynamic view score sum had significant difference(P < 0.05), Jici group than in the control group.4. The overall effect of the two groups had significant difference(P < 0.01), Jici group than in the control group and Jici group, the cure rate, markedly effective rate and total effective rate were higher than control group.Conclusion: Disease pricker method with conventional acupuncture in treatment of surrounding facial paralysis was better than routine acupuncture treatment alone.
