Translational Medicine Perspective Study Of The Cultivation Of Clinical Research Interdisciplinary Talents

Objective:This study is based on the policy background of taking translational medicine as the core,vigorously enhancing the level of medical science and technology,and strengthening the key disciplines of medical and health construction in the national Ministry of science and technology "12th Five-Year" development planning and Healthy China "2030" planning.Through the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of clinical scientific research compound talents training in a tertiary hospital in Nanjing,and combined with the scientific research ability and demand status of clinicians,this study puts forward the improvement measures,and provides decision-making reference for hospital managers.Methods:1.Through the analysis of talent management status and scientific research achievements from 2011 to 2015 in a tertiary hospital in Nanjing by the method of mechanism investigation,the present situation of clinical scientific research compound talents training was obtained.2.To analyze the scientific research ability and demand of clinicians,stratified sampling method was used,questionnaire survey was conducted on 300 clinicians,recycled 267questionnaires.EpiData2.0 was used to input data,SPSS19.0 was used to analyze data,and statistical methods included descriptive analysis,chi-square testing and variance analysis.3.Select experts who have in-depth research and long-term work experience in translational medicine and compound talents to conduct in-depth interview and analyze the content of the conversation.Results:1.This hospital has a low level of education,with a low proportion of high-level personnel and 5.07%of the doctoral degree.2.The hospital nearly five years of scientific research project from 60 to 91,the number of published articles from 263 to 398,the achievement of science and technology and patent to obtain stable level,and no obvious improvement.There are significant differences in research experience,scientific research capacity and scientific research requirements of different clinicians,P<0.05.4.Clinicians overall scientific research ability in the medium level,the hospital clinical demand for scientific research are mainly distributed in the selected topic guide,scientific security system,laboratory conditions,and financial support.Conclusions:1.The shortage of high-level academic qualifications in the college is needed to promote the construction of the personnel team through the form of"foreign introduction and internal culture".The change of consciousness of the hospital's overall scientific research results in the change of consciousness from the management level.Clinicians lack the ability to summarize clinical problems.Lack of institutional guarantee for the cultivation of complex talents in clinical research.The hospital should set up a full-time scientific research post,and introduce a third party institution of translational medicine to achieve the unification of "birth,study and research".Discussion and Suggestions:With the rapid development of translational medicine in our country,we also get to know as the important part of translational medicine,large general hospital should cultivate a group of clinical scientific research talents to build an important bridge,promoting the development of medicine.Through the attention of leadership,the change of the concept,the construction of academic platform,and the development of the project,the training of the compound talents of clinical research in hospitals is promoted.
