Clinical Study On Efficacy Of Zhong Tong Lotion In Treating The Postoperative Anal Pain And Bulge Of Rph Combined With External Hemorrhoidectomy

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ZhongTong lotion in treating the postoperative anal pain and bulge after RPH(Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoids)combined with external hemorrhoidectomy.Methods: Select 80 cases of inpatients with RPH combined with external hemorrhoidectomy from our hospital anorectal department in November2015-December 2016.80 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The patients in the two groups were treated with the same routine treatment.From the second postoperative day all the patients were daily treated with fumigation and washing on the perianal multifunctional fumigating and washing instrument 1 times,each time 30 minutes,treatment for 7 days in a row.And 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with ZhongTong lotion and 40 patients in the control group were treated with 0.02% potassium permanganate solution.The anal pain score,the duration of anal pain,the anal bulge score,the duration of anal bulge were recorded before and after treatment1,4,and 7 days.The time of anal pain relief and the time of anal bulge elimination were also recorded.Statistical software SPSS21.0 was used for statistical analysis.It was stipulated that when P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results:(1)In the two groups,the anal pain,the duration of anal pain,the anal bulge,the duration of anal bulge had a certain improvement on the first day after the fumigation and washing treatment,but the effect was not significant,no statistically significant(t=0.831,P>0.05;t=0.871,P>0.05;t=1.547,P>0.05;t=2.71,P>0.05).(2)In the two groups,the anal pain,the duration of anal pain,the anal bulge,the duration of anal bulge were improved on the fourth day after the fumigation and washing treatment,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=2.327,P<0.05;t=2.388,P<0.05;t=4.33,P<0.05;t=4.723,P<0.05).(3)In the two groups,the anal pain,the duration of anal pain,the anal bulge,the duration of anal bulge compared with fumigation before treatment were significantly improved on the seventh day after the fumigation and washing treatment.The difference was statistically significant(all the P<0.05).Compared in these aspects,the treatment group was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=2.988,P<0.05;t=3.576,P<0.05;t=2.632,P<0.05;t=4.985,P<0.05).(4)The elimination time of anal pain and bulge of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=2.688,P<0.05;t=2.683,P<0.05).While the treatment group in the aspect of the clinical curative effect of anal pain and bulge was higher than that of control group.The difference was statistically significant(Z=2.784,P<0.05;Z =2.566,P<0.05).(5)In this study,80 patients in both groups,all patients? blood routine,liver and kidney function were not seen obvious abnormity before treatment and after 7 days? treatment.During treatment did not occur serious adverse events associated with fumigation and washing treatment.Conclusion: ZhongTong lotion and 0.02% potassium permanganate solution can effectively treat the postoperative anal pain and bulge after RPH combined with external hemorrhoidectomy,and safety without side effects.But the two drugs in comparison,the clinical efficacy of ZhongTong lotion is better than that of 0.02% potassium permanganate solution.
