| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qincangchuzhui Decoction on anal bulge of Damp-Heat Pouring Downward Type after the mixed hemorrhoid operation.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent the surgery of the mixed hemorrhoid and met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Two groups were given conventional therapies after the surgery.,When anal bulge appeared,the treatment group was given Qincangchuzhui Decoction orally,while the control group received oral diosmin tablets.To score and analyze the information,such as anal bulge time,degree,overall effect,anal bulge elimination time,pain,defecation,wound healing time and so on,sorting it out,and performing statistical analysis.Results:There were no significant differences(P>0.05)between the treatment group and the control group in terms of gender composition,age distribution,number of ligation hemorrhoids,and anal bulge time,anal bulge degree,pain,defecation of the anus before treatment.After the treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05)in the anal bulge time,degree,overall effect,anal bulgee elimination time,and wound healing time in the two groups of patients,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion : Qincangchuzhui Decoction has a definitive effect on the treatment of Damp-Heat Pouring Downward anal bulge after the surgery,it also has certain effects in alleviating postoperative anal pain,promoting smooth stool,promoting wound healing,which is worthing clinical promoting. |
