Clinical Observation Of Effects Of The Postoperative Anal Pain After Ligaturing And Le Cutting Sphincter In The Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy

Objective:The Objective of this research is to explore the influence of ligaturing and Le cutting sphincter method for relieving mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain degree.At the same time,it is to provide more adequate clinical evidence and evidence of evidence-based medicine for enriching clinical treatment of easing mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain.Methods:All cases data is from Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Traditional Medicine and from March 1, 2015 to February 1, 2016.All patients Were diagnosed with mixed hemorrhoid and accepted Mixed hemorrhoid external strip in operation.And all 60 cases Conforming to the standard of Selection were randomly divided into the ligation group 30 cases and the no ligation group 30 cases. The basis of operation of Two groups is mixed hemorrhoid external strip in operation,but the Ligation group was combined with the ligaturing sphincter method.The conclusion calculated by SPSS17.0was derived from the observation of the postoperative(1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14 days) pain degree for two groups of patients in when dressing, after dressing, when shit, after shit, when the activity, when sleep and the duration of the pain when After dressing and after shit as well as the anus function,the anus edema and so forth.Results:On the 5th day of mixed hemorrhoid surgery,there was significant difference(P<0.05) between two groups of pain when dressing, after dressing when shit, after shit,when the activity and when going to bed late. On the 7th day of surgery, the pain of two groups had difference(P<0.05) when dressing, after dressing,when shit, after shit and when the activity. On the 10 th day, the ligation and the no ligation had significant difference(P<0.05) when shit, after shit and when the activity. On the 5th,7th and 10 th day, the lasting time of pain was significantly different(P<0.05) after dressing and after shit, which was comparable. After the mixed hemorrhoid surgery, the Anal oedema circumstance of two groups by statistical analysis had the statistical significance(P<0.05). After surgery, the overall satisfaction of two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ligaturing sphincter method used in the mixed hemorrhoid surgery of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve postoperative pain degree more significantly and Shorten the duration of postoperative pain and reduce postoperative wound oedema probability and have little influence on the anal function. The way of operation is simple,safe and reliable. Meanwhile, it has Better clinical curative effect, which is worth trying and promoting for clinical doctors.
