Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shengyang Chushi decoction in the treatment of postoperative hemorrhoid anal bulge(wet spleen yang syndrome),and systematically discuss the mechanism of the treatment of postoperative hemorrhoid anal bulge from two aspects of Chinese medicine and modern medicine,in order to provide objective basis for clinical application.Method: 110 patients of postoperative hemorrhoid anal bulge and syndrome differentiation of wet spleen yang syndrome were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 55 cases in each group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,severity of disease,course of disease and other aspects,with comparability(P > 0.05).The treatment group was given Shengyang Chushi decoction,one dose per day,three times warm before meals.In the control group,Dioxemine Tablets were taken orally,0.9g each time,twice a day.Patients in the two groups began oral medication while postoperative anal bulge,observed and compared the relief of symptoms of patients in the two groups after 1 week of treatment,calculated the score of anal bulge,and evaluated,compared and analyzed the clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups after medication.Result: The treatment group was more effective than the control group in alleviating the degree of anal bulge,reducing the duration of anal bulge,alleviating the sense of urgency and improving the defecation.In the treatment group,there were 20 cases(36.4%)cured,24 cases(43.6%)significantly effective,11 cases(20%)effective,0 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 100%.In the control group,there were 12 cases(21.8%)cured,24 cases(43.6%)significantly effective,15 cases(27.3%)effective,and 4 cases(7.3%)ineffective,with a total effective rate of 92.7%.For the relief of anal pain,there was no significant difference between the two groups after one week of treatment.Conclusion: Shengyang Chushi decoction oral can effectively relieve the anal bulge(spleen yang syndrome)of postoperative hemorrhoid,and promote the normal anal sensory function after hemorrhoid surgery without obvious adverse reactions,which can be promoted and applied clinically.
