Effect Of Osteoporosis On The Prognosis Of Implant Denture

Objective: To compare the level of alkaline phosphatase,bone mineral density and implant stability in patients with osteoporosis and non osteoporosis.Methods: a total of 36 patients who underwent implant surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January to February 2015 were selected.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group.Among them,the experimental group was 18 patients with osteoporosis and implant denture repair,the control group was non osteoporosis and the patients were treated with implant denture.The results were as follows: 18.36 patients with missing teeth were implanted with a total of 40 implants.By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in preoperative and postoperative4 weeks,12 weeks,24 weeks in patients with saliva,sample ALP changes;at the same time through the CBCT in the preoperative and postoperative 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks of implant bone density measurement;resonance frequency analyzer after operation,postoperative 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks to detect the implant stability values.Results: there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).The expression of ALP in the experimental group and the control group was significantly lower than that before implantation(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(ALP).There was no significant difference in bone mineral density between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the initial stability of the implant(P < 0.05).The experimental group and the control group in the 12 week after planting and after the implant surgery for the last week of the end of the implant surgery to measure the stability of the implant has a significant effect,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)Conclusion: osteoporosis patients underwent implant surgery and normal health group,can achieve a good prognosis of planting.
