The Influencing Factors Of Primary Osteoporosis And Study On The Distribution Of Syndrome Types In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of primary osteoporosis i n the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of traditional Chinese medicine,and to e xplore the distribution of the influencing factors in different TCM syndromes,so as to provide important reference and guidance for the diagnosis and prevention of this dis ease.Methods: 144 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of primary osteoporosis from O ctober 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the case group,147 non osteoporosis p atients were selected as the control group,and case-control analysis of the related fact ors of primary osteoporosis was carried out by single factor analysis of variance and multi factor Logistic regression model,and 144 patients with primary osteoporosis wer e selected as the case group The TCM syndrome was classified by descriptive statistic s,and the distribution of TCM syndrome types was studied by cluster analysis and fo ur diagnosis and four reference of TCM internal medicine experts.Then,the relationsh ip between the relevant pathogenesis factors and TCM syndrome types was analyzed b y the corresponding single factor analysis and multi factor Logistic regression model.Results:1.A total of 300 questionnaires were sent out,9 of which failed to be completed in the process of questionnaire survey,with an effective rate of 97%.There were 144 ca ses in case group and 147 cases in control group.119 males and 172 females account ed for 40.9% and 59.1% respectively.2.Logistic the questionnaire Regression analysis showed that age(or=1.816),BMI(or=1.226),menopause age(or=1.121),gender(or=2.721),family history of brittle fractur e(or=1.719),ALP(or=1.312)were the risk factors of osteoporosis,milk consumption(or=0.779),sleep quality(or=0.783),exercise(or=0.944)were the protective factors of osteoporosis,and the rest were related to osteoporosis There was no correlation betwe en the occurrence of pine.3.In this study,144 patients with primary osteoporosis of different TCM syndromes were divided into four types: kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome 49(34.0%),liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome 25(17.4%),qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome 52(36.1%),spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome 10(6.9%),spleen and stomach weakness syndrome 8(5.6%).4.There was no significant difference in BMI between the patients of kidney deficien cy and blood stasis,spleen kidney yang deficiency,liver kidney yin deficiency and qi stagnation and blood stasis(P>0.05),and there was significant difference in other syn dromes(P>0.05),The difference of ALP between kidney deficiency and blood stasis ty pe,qi stagnation and blood stasis type and spleen kidney yang deficiency type was st atistically significant(P>0.05);the difference of sleep quality between different TCM sy ndrome types was statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),the difference between the other syndrom e types was statistically significant(P>0.05),There was statistical significance(P>0.05).There was statistical significance in the gender distribution of different TCM syndrome types(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the gender distribution of the t hree syndrome types: liver kidney yin deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis,splee n and stomach weakness(P>0.05).There was statistical significance in the gender distri bution of the other syndrome types(P>0.05);the menopause age comparison of women with different TCM syndrome types The difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in menopausal age between the women with def iciency of spleen and kidney yang and the women with weakness of spleen and stom ach(P>0.05).There was significant difference in menopausal age among the other types of syndrome(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Age,BMI,menopause age,gender,family history of brittle fracture are risk factors of osteoporosis,milk consumption,sleep quality,exercise are protective factors of ost eoporosis.2.ALP has a negative correlation with BMD,which can better understand the state of bone metabolism through the detection of ALP.3.144 cases of primary osteoporosis in case group have different TCM syndrome typ es.Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syn drome are common TCM syndrome types that need to be paid attention to in clinical.4.Sex,menopause age,BMI,ALP,milk consumption,sleep quality,exercise and other factors affect the distribution of TCM syndrome types of primary osteoporosis;the risk factors and protective factors of different TCM syndrome types have both similarities and biases.
