PURPOSE :Favorable anchorage is not only the foundation of Orthodontic Treatment, but also the key of ensuring the quality of Orthodontic Treatment. In the past, despite various kinds of forms of orthodontic anchorages have met different needs, the anchorages available now can not meet the need of some complicated or intractable cases, so that some cases always fail for anchorage loss. With the rapid development of implant technique in dentistry medical domain, scholars on dental orthopaedics have ever done a research on using traditional implants as orthodontic anchorages, however, it is very difficult to be applied clinically for its complicated operation, Recently mini-implant anchorage has become a focus in Orthodontic circle domestically and abroad.METHOD:Through the research the change of Trap and alkaline phosphatase along with X-ray ,which can approach mini-implant interface of histology change as well as the influence of mini-implant anchorage from immediate force and non-immediate force .To supply the theory basis For clinicl apply. Select 3 healthy hybrid dogs, adult male. Acording the position of mini-implant inserching, which can divide into three groups non-force group , immediate-force group and non-immdiate one. Embedding mini-implant into the experimental dogs' upper molar postzones, eye tooth zone, lower molar postzones and the space between mesial, distal buccal division root tip and the turning point of mucosa. Acording the different time to execute the experience dogs, through HE dye,TRAP dye and alkaline phosphatase dye and particular dye , we can carry out histology estimate .RESULT: In no force groups it is hardly could find the TRAP Pellets and alkaline phosphatase Pellets, there is much fiber cell. It is more alkaline phosphatase Pellets, in immediate force groups than in no force groups , TRAP Pellets positive express, pressure side more than tesion side .After 2 weeks force groups TRAP Pellets it is more than no force groups which distribution . there is plenty of alkaline phosphatase Pellets which distribution in the cell interval. There is not previous difference in after 3 weeks force groups than 2 weeks force groups .CONCLUTION: In no force groups there is not obvious combination on the interface of mini-implant and bone . In the immediate force groups ,mini-implant -bone interface not only consist of fiber combination but a little bony combination. In the non-immediate force groups, mini-implant and bone interface can thransform plenty of bone combination , as well as much fiber combination . Which point out non-immediate can take out better stability than immediate groups.It is important to mini-implant about stability that the thickness of mini-implant inserting the bone cortex.
