Study Of He MRNA Level Of Soluble Endoglin In Placental Of PE Pregnant Women

Objective:To study the mRNA level of soluble endoglin(sEng)in placental of normal pregnant women and preeclampsia women(PE),and explore the difference of serum lipisds,uric acid,albumin,fetal birth weight,gestational age between Kazak and Han women with preeclampsia(PE).Methods:30 patients with preeclampsia and30 normal labor women were selected from the first Affiliated Hospital of Xinjian g Medical University.Use PCR to test the he mRNA level of soluble endoglin(s Eng)in placental of normal pregnant women and preeclampsia women.Test the level of uric acid,albumin,triglyceride and high density lipoprotein in Kazak and Han wom en with preeclampsia.Results:The mRNA level of soluble endoglin(sEng)inplacental of PEpregnant women is higher than the normal pregnant women(P<0.05).The ge stational age of PE pregnant women is lower than that of normal in both nation.(P<0.05),The gestational age of Kazak PE pregnant women is lower than the HA N nation(P<0.05).The level of serum lipisds and uric acid of PE pregnant wome n is higher than that of normal in both nation(P<0.05).The level of albumin and HDL in normal HAN pregnant women is higher than the Kazak nation(P<0.05).T he level of albumin in PE HAN pregnant women is higher than the Kazak nation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of the mRNA level of soluble endoglin(sEng)in pl acental of PE pregnant women of both nation is higher than the normal pregnangt women,the level of albumin,fetal birth weight,gestational age in Kazak nation is lo wer than Han nation.
