| Objective:Observation and statistics of the incidence of dry eye and the results of dry eye examination in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.The characteristics of dry eye were analyzed based on the results of dry eye detection.Tear secretion,tear film function,and changes in corneal conditions provide the basis and explore the reasons to prevent the occurrence of dry eyes in patients with this disease and provide a more comprehensive treatment plan for them.Methods:Using real-world research methods,80 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome diagnosed in the gynecological clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to January 2020 were collected as the research object and their age,course of disease,and laboratory indicators were recorded.The tear film rupture time(BUT),tear secretion(SIT),corneal staining(FL),and subjective symptoms were analyzed separately,and were divided into groups A and B according to age.Group A was 18-24 years old.Group B was between the ages of 24-28 years.Use the spss26.0 system for professional correlation analysis of existing data.Results:(1)The number of patients with dry eyes in this subject was 51,with a total of 101 eyes.The incidence of dry eyes was 63.125%;of which 51 were right eyes,accounting for 63.75%;50 eyes were left eyes.The percentage is 62.5%.The number of dry eyes in group A was 31,with a total of 61 eyes,30 in the right eye,and 31 in the left eye.The prevalence of dry eyes in group A was 57.5%;the number of dry eyes in group B was 20,with 40 eyes and 21 in the right eye There were only 19 left eyes.The prevalence of dry eye in group B was 74.07%.(2)The frequency of subjective symptoms of dry eye in dry eye patients from high to low is:1.dry eyes 2.foreign body sensation 3.visual fatigue 4.blurred vision 5.frequent blinking 6.photophobia 7.tears 7 Eye red 9.Eye pain 10.Itchy eyes.(3)In this subject,the amount of tear secretion is related to age,and the amount of tear secretion gradually decreases with age;dry eye symptoms are related to age,and the eye symptoms of patients with age increase gradually.(4)There is a linear correlation between BUT time,dry eye symptom score,and testosterone level,and the higher the testosterone level,the longer the tear film tearing time,and the less dry eye symptoms.(5)Correlation between FL score,SIT,BUT time,dry eye symptom score and wireless estradiol level.(6)The FL score,SIT,BUT time,and ocular symptom scores are wirelessly correlated with the testosterone difference,and there is no significant difference in FL score,SIT,BUT time,and ocular symptom scores between testosterone levels and testosterone levels.The difference(P>0.05),and there is a correlation between the decrease in testosterone level difference and SIT.(7)The FL score,SIT,BUT time,dry eye symptom score are wirelessly correlated with the difference in estradiol,but the increase in estradiol level and the decrease in estradiol level exist in patients' tear secretion and ocular symptom score Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In this study,the prevalence of dry eyes after treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome was analyzed,and its correlation with dry eyes was analyzed.The prevalence of dry eyes was found to be high,and the prevalence also increased with age.The amount of tear secretion in dry eye patients decreases with age,and the subjective symptoms of dry eyes increase with age;the higher the testosterone level of the patient,the longer the tear film rupture time,the lighter the subjective symptoms of dry eyes,and the difference in testosterone levels The greater the value,the less the patient's tear secretion;patients with reduced estradiol have more tear secretion than patients with elevated estradiol levels;patients with reduced estradiol levels have less dry eye symptoms than patients with elevated estradiol.Ophthalmologists and gynecologists should pay attention to it and intervene early for treatment. |
