Objective: To investigate the psychological health of parents whose children sufferfrom acute lymphocytic leukemia.Methods: A total of 120 parents whose children were hospitalized in pediatrichematological department were selected. All of them accepted psychological healthassessment via adopting general status questionnaire, SCL-90 and coping stylequestionnaire.Results:①psychological status: SCL-90 assessment showed that among 9 factorsscores of 60 parents, somatization, human sensation, depression, anxiety and hostility ofthem were higher than that of common models (P<0.01).②In the way of coping, thescale of negative coping way of the mother is higher than that of the father, there issignificant difference between the mother and the father (P<0.01).Conclusion: nursing staff should adopt proper intervention to relieve the parents'negative psychology. We will discuss the proper psychological intervention as follows. Objective: Practice psychological intervention on the parents and probe the effectsof intervention to their psychglogical health, coping style and quality of life.Methods: A total of 120 parents were selected and divided into control group andexperimental group whose children were hospitalized in pediatric hematologicaldepartment.60 parents in experimental group accepted clinical therapy and psychologicalintervention; 60 parents in control group accepted only clinical therapy, and both groupsof parents accepted psychological health assessment via adopting SCL-90 and generalstatus questionnaire.Results:①psychologic status: before intervention, SCL-90 assessment showedthat among 9 factors scores of 60 parents, somatization, human sensation, depression,anxiety and hostility were higher than that of common models (P<0.01). After threemonths, all those five factors of scores among these parents decreased, the experimentalgroup is better than the control group (P<0.01);②In the way of coping, the scale ofnegative coping way of children' parents: mother is higher, there is significantdifference between that of father (P<0.01). After intervention, the ways of copingthrough avoidance and self-blame were reduced; The ways of coping by helping andproblem solving were increased, the difference is significant (P<0.05);③In the qualityof life: However, there is a significant difference between the parents of experimentalgroup and of the group before intervention, except in the housing, community service,self-respect and marriage sections of the test (P<0.01).Conclusion: To a certain extent, applying psychological nursing interventioncould improve the parents' negative cognition and unhealthy emotion towards theirchildren. It could also change their passive coping style。 Objective: To probe into the effect of psychological intervention on Parents foracute lymphocytic leukemia Children, to provide a better objective basis forpsychological health service.Methods: A total of 120 parents whose children were hospitalized in pediatrichematological department were selected and divided into control group and experimentalgroup. 60 parents in experimental group accepted psychological intervention and bothgroups of children accepted psychological health assessment via adopting CBCL andsocial life ability questionnaire for children.Results:①immunologic function: There is no difference The levels of IgG, IgMand CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD16+ is not significant difference in both intervention group andthe control group (P>0.05) three months later.②psychological function: The incidenceof the behavior disorders in the control group was 30% without significant difference toexperiment group 20%(P>0.05). The abnormal behaviors, such as depression, somaticcomplaints, social withdrawal and aggression were more in control group than those inexperiment group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Psychological intervention has positive effect on emotional disorderand immunological functions in ALL children.
