| Purpose: By observing the clinical effect of rehabilitation training with eye needle and needle in treating hemiplegia patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis in convalescent stage of apoplexy,and comparing with the effect of rehabilitation training with body acupuncture on hemiplegia patients,the effective theoretical basis and therapeutic significance of rehabilitation training with eye needle and needle for apoplexy hemiplegia were analyzed,which provided a more effective treatment plan for clinical treatment of apoplexy.Material and method: In this study,54 stroke patients with hemiplegia of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type in Benxi Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 27 cases in each group.Control group: routine drug treatment + body acupuncture+ rehabilitation training;experimental group: routine drug treatment + rehabilitation training and eye acupuncture therapy.One course of treatment: 7 days(5 days of acupuncture,2 days in the middle),a total of 4 courses of treatment.After the course of treatment,the two groups were observed and compared according to NDS,FMA and ADL to determine the clinical therapeutic effect.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the scores of sex,age and other basic conditions(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.Before treatment,there was no significant statistical difference in the scores of neurological deficit(NDS),limb motor dysfunction(FMA)and daily living ability(ADL)between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05),which was comparable.3.After treatment,the scores of NDS,FMA and ADL in the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(P < 0.05),which confirmed that the clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Eye needle with needle rehabilitation training and body acupuncture combined rehabilitation training have certain therapeutic effects on stroke hemiplegia patients.Aftertreatment,patients’ scores(NDS score scale,FMA score scale,ADL score scale)have been significantly improved.2.Rehabilitation training with eye needle and needle is more effective in treating hemiplegia of stroke patients than that of control group.It can effectively improve the neurological deficits of the subjects,speed up the recovery of the motor function of the affected limbs and improve the life energy of the patients.3.Eye acupuncture has excellent curative effect,convenience,rapidity,no side effects,and can reduce the cost of medicine,and it has good economic and social benefits.Therefore,eye acupuncture therapy is a treatment method worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment. |
