Clinical Observation On Effect Of Moxibustion Box Warm Moxibustion In Treating Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and security of warm moxibustion in treating patients of diabetic neurogenic bladder(kidney deficiency and kidney Yang deficiency type),to provide objective foundations for using warm moxibustion to treat DNB in clinical practice.Methods: We divided the 63 of DNB patients with kidney deficiency and kidney Yang deficiency type into according to the random number table method,treatment group and control group.All patients were given the basic treatment,including diabetes related knowledge education,diabetes diet and exercise guidance,hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering,etc.The control group was treated by the method of oral mecobalamin tablets with 0.5mg/time,3 times /day,and on this basis,the treatment group was given the Moxibustion box warm moxibustion.The treatment course was 4 weeks.Focus on before and after treatment in patients with bladder residual urine volume,clinical symptoms,American urological association symptom index(AUA-SI)score,and glucose metabolism,at the same time record the adverse reactions in the process of treatment.Results: 1.Bladder residual urine volume: After the treatment,the bladder residual urine volume of the treatment group and control group were both reduced(P<0.01).To compare the bladder residual urine volume after the treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01),this suggests that warm moxibustion combined with mecobalamin treatment have obvious effect on the reduction of bladder residual urine volume.2.The Traditional Chinese Medical(TCM)syndrome score: Clinical research found that,the clinical TCM symptoms of all groups patients were improved after treatment(P<0.01),compared with the two groups in the symptom scores after treatment,found that the improving of clinical symptom scores in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.AUA-SI score: After treatment,the American urological association symptom index scores of two groups were reduced(P<0.01),whilethe treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01),it prompted that warm moxibustion combined with mecobalamin treatment can significantly improve the lower urinary tract symptoms.4.Glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c): All groups of glycosylated hemoglobin level was fallen after treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).It showed that after the foundation treatment make blood glucose control is at target,warm moxibustion and mecobalamin treatment on blood sugar control had no obvious effect.5.Security analysis: The security indicators of all participants showed no obvious abnormalities during the research.And there was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion: According to the results of the above study,the method of moxibustion box warm moxibustion combined with mecobalamin had better effect in treating DNB patients,and it ensures safety without obverse adverse reaction,low price,it can bring some social and economic benefits.So it deserves to be explored and used further in clinic practice.
